The service here is slower than pond water. One guy just walks around doing nothing with only one person making the food and one person taking orders. The lines are backed up waiting to get their food and waiting to make an order.

White girl and black guy working the register in the daytime were making out and getting grabby when I walked in. While I was waiting they were telling each other “who orders this many whoppers, he’s gonna be waiting 2 hours”. This was not said without a slew of cursing.Took 1 hour even from my mobile order, manager has no control of the employees - they don’t work. As well, unbelievably disgusting employees.

This review does not include the nighttime drive through crew who always do a great job and are very efficient. My issue has consistently been with the daytime service. Granted things get busy, but the the manger cannot take orders and assist with the cooks at the same time, have counted 6 customers leave because she would not take orders, The interior always is running out of ketchup and other items, which is not the employees fault, but still annoying. Would like to see the efficiency of the manager improve to be able to multitask as one should be able to do

I came in for lunch today, and to my surprise there were only two employees running the entire operation.How does corporate expect two employees to run a fast food operation? Overworked and underpaid, I'm sure. This company should be overhauled! Starting in the corporate office! There is NO WAY two employees can handle a lunch rush! Absolutely mind boggling how anyone in upper management could let this happen!

Waited for nearly 1 hr. No use of ordering online. Food is also not that good. Only one person is taking care of both dine in and drive thru queue. This is same like nearby McDonalds. These companies are having very minimal staff and providing poor quality service. Place is dirty inside and out. Lost the appetite seeing that. Never coming back again. Strictly to be avoided. They should learn by seeing ChickFillA.

Onion rings was ice cold, no ketchup for fries and on of that took 20 minutes for 2 combos since they prioritize drive thru over dine in orders. Sign said it was under new management but by the looks of things it's time to switch it again.

I order 6 cookies why the cashier asked me do I want her to make some cookies ,I said yes , she said it’ll take 10mins. It’s literally no one there . I said I’ll wait she said it’ll be like 15mins because they gotta cool…… then proceeds to offer me cheeseburgers that are more like sliders. I didn’t know it Was this hard to make cookies at Burger King as a business owner. This is absolutely horrible. I just wanted some cookies now I gotta go to Walmart. Mannnnnnnnnnnn

The worst fast food experience ever. They didn’t have cheese for the whopper, so I got a chicken sandwich. They didn’t have fries so I got onion rings. It was all terrible.This was weeks ago, just remembering how bad it was I had to write a review.

I went to this place today on 12-8-23 to try to get inside and and the doors is locked. They didn't change management. If they would they would have had the doors open for the customers,this is how they lose business. They need to open to the public on the hours it says on it.
