Terrible Burger King location. Staff is rude, kitchen NEVER fails to forget something in my order or mess something up, oh and to top it off my last visit there was roaches crawling up the drive through walls into the building. Do yourself a favor, eat elsewhere!

I had to wait and it was the only thing I was able to eat. Cheese was cold and unmelted burger wasn't hot, so I'm not sure why I had to wait. The server was very nice.
On Vacation Came In For Breakfast Food Was Fresh And Hot But The Severest Was Not Good Workers Act As If When You Ask For A Refill The Look On Their Face Will Have You Afraid To Ask For Another Refill Let's Just Say I Will Never Ever Stop Any Where In Jacksonville Florida Lesson Well Learned Was Not Very Friendly You Kids Laying Around In Lobby While Moms Working Child Laying In Lobby Sleep.

If the place opens at 6, it needs to be OPEN at 6. It’s not a good look to have people standing outside past the time it’s supposed to be open. And it makes it worse when the employees see you at the door and don’t even acknowledge that you’re there. At least be courteous enough to let the people know what’s going on. Not professional at all.

Great tasting whopper & fries. They got eh food right, but the drinks were not. They sorted it out at the windows. Overall, it is worth the try for a juicy burger with cheese.

I don't normally do this but I stopped going to this Burger King years ago. For some reason I decided to try again tonight and I'm so glad I did! I ordered through door dash. Not only did it get to me with in 30 minutes, The food was fresh and hot and made absolutely correctly! I could not believe how wonderful it was. And I haven't said those words about fast food in a very long time lol. I got the candy bacon Whopper which was absolutely awesome. And I asked for half and half fries onion rings and they even gave me zesty sauce without me asking. I hope this crew knows how good they are because I'll definitely come back to this location and continue to recommend it to people. Thank you for the excellent service and the beyond excellent food!!!

Hamburger meat is chewier than before, our onion rings were cold and hard and the onions on the burger were tasteless. Service in drive thru was slow and the cashier had no emotion, not even a smile. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by and save your money. This location should be closed.

I was refused service at this establishment for blowing the horn in the drive thru. I wasn't threatening or causing any harm to anyone. I dont see any grounds for service to have been denied after ordering my food. I never saw this at a restaurant.

I ordered DoorDash from them and every time they get my special orders right and I drive through sometimes for breakfast and the breakfast is always perfect. The employees really take pride in preparing that food so to them I say , Thank You!

Food was nice and hot and cooked fresh I could tell but to me my opinion was the cheesy tots I ordered tasted like the grease that they were fried in was old and dirty grease cause it sopped into the cheesy tots while cooking and left a nasty taste to them. Also my chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out and not hot and freshly cooked at all. Food wasn't worth the price I paid and I'm disappointed that the cheesy tots either aren't fresh or they're nice n hot but cooked in old grease which leaves a nasty taste in your mouth and on your food! Not worth the price you pay for the food if you're restaurant can't even change out their grease once in awhile.
