If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order through the mobile app and got my confirmation email. Website says order can be picked up through the drive through, curbside and inside. Pull up to the drive through and say I have a mobile order, told I wasn’t able to pick up my mobile order because they had too many people inside and in the drive through. Asked why I couldn’t get my order I pre ordered and pre paid for, they said they couldn’t give it to me because they had to many other people to serve. Asked how I could get a refund, was told I couldn’t get a refund even though I wasn’t getting my food. Asked what could be done and lady in the drive through started raising her voice at me telling me I couldn’t get my food or a refund and asked me if I was stupid. Then stopped responding so I drove off. Filed an official complaint this place SUCKS

I had my wife stop on fish Friday so I could take advantage of the buy one giant fish sandwich and get another for free or a dollar. Unfortunately no matter what I did online for the order this was impossible.

Fast food should take 40min to the point when everyone is asking for their money back. The manager goes in the back to hide and than states she can’t find your receipt when she was the one that took your order and money!!!! Stay away from this place not worth it and the food wasn’t even hot when you got it!

Food was fresh and hot. The girl up front was so sweet and professional, even though she was extremely busy. She kept her cool and stayed polite. She's a champ. Even though the wait was long and the girl was overwhelmed and need some help, it was a good experience as always.

Captain D's fish and chips is great, but unfortunately, whoever is either managing this particular location, for the staff employee, makes ordering food a nightmare. First off, it is only drive-thru available, so if there is a long line of people, there's a risk of blocking off traffic. Second, you have to park your car. After you order, then someone will come out with your food to your car. The basic logistics of identifying who ordered what and then bringing the food out physically means there is a delay, and coupled with the fact that actually preparing your order takes a significant amount of time. This results that, even if you're the only one there, and under perfect circumstances, it can be like 7 to 8 minutes to get a $5 meal. If there are two or more people, who knows when you'll get your food. I recommend getting Captain D's somewhere else. Do not waste your time here.
