First time in Carroll's Meat shoppe, service was great and plenty to choose from..for me the sausage dogs..the butcher even cut them bun length for me. And the local honey, so tasty..will revisit soon..

This is the second pound of hamburger and I threw out two chickens, this picture is the hamburger less the 12 hrs out of the freezer, to say I'm upset would be an understatement, this was underhanded and dirty to pull on a customer, over 10lbs. Of food spoiled after being out of freezer and in fridge less than 24 hrs, you should be ashamed, I'm going to go find a better shop to get my meats, that much spoilage means you did it on purpose, and apparently this isn't the first time this has happened to customers avoid the freezer specials.

I must say that the customer service here is above and beyond. I went to pick up my turkey today, but my order was not correct. I didn't get the woman's name, but she went out of her way to make me a happy customer again. I didn't yell or make a scene, but I did feel a tear trickle down my cheek (since I though I would have no turkey for Thanksgiving) when she told me about my order. I'm glad to know that there are still businesses out there that care about the customer! Oh, and I cried all the way home because of how much she cared!!! I've always liked Carroll's Meats, but now I love them! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Needed some good quality spareribs for a family BBQ -- the staff at Carroll's (esp the butcher) went so far above & beyond that I will never buy meat anywhere else. Thank you for the recommendation on seasoning, rubs, grilling tips, and for getting the meats latch-key ready to go for the big day.Excellent selection of meats & produce, pre-paged meals, plus what I came for: top quality meats, very reasonable prices, and excellent service! Will definitely be back soon, and often.

I wanted Turkey wings and necks. I found nice wings and necks here, and it was fresh meat at great prices. The people that worked there were very friendly it was like shopping with family.I will be returning.

Walked in to get the half freezer and was told they just didn't have time because they would have to substitute. I understand, it takes time sometimes when you walk in. I asked if they were open tomorrow hoping he would say just come back in an hour or 2 and we will have it ready but just got a no they weren't. I always go to Tillman's and just wanted to try somewhere different. I even let the woman know when we were leaving that couldn't get what we wanted and might be back but I don't know that I will.
I love this place oh and yes they have the best Watermelons in town and their huge with seeds... and thank you for picking out the best one for me as well

Never coming here again, Pita bread was all moldy that's sitting on the rack, stinks inside, rusty coolers with raw product inches away.. Lack of cleanliness... All around disgusting.

This was my first visit to Carroll’s Meat Shop. I purchased 4 premium ribeyes, 4 twice baked potatoes, chicken salad and a pint of strawberries for $73.Prices were good, quality of the meat was good, very tasty potatoes, the chicken salad was well seasoned and freshly made. The strawberries were $1! Great buy, but some of the ones in the case needed to be tossed out. The staff was great, very friendly. They offer catering as well. I will go back next time I am in the area.
