Vlad catered a luncheon for 50 people in our home. It was easy to plan our event with Vlad. He and the server showed up on time and were very professional throughout. The food was beautifully presented and prepared. Vlad had the tables, table clothes, decorative elements, and plates/utensils to cover everything needed. He prepared the food in his custom kitchen trailer parked in our driveway. The timing was spaced so hot, fresh food came out throughout the course of the event. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was - the fish tacos were a great hit with freshly prepared grouper and a spicy slaw. We had our own cake for the event and the server jumped right in to cut and serve even though it wasn't a part of the original contract. The space was cleaned up when they left like it never happened - except for some left overs in my refrigerator. Not too many leftovers, but what we had was packed up nicely for us at the end. We definitely feel like Vlad and Chef's Table made our event a success and highly recommend for taste, value, and overall great service.

Unlike other wedding food I've eaten, the chicken was not dry, it was moist and flavorful. The beef tenderloin was delicious even 4 days later as a leftover. Vlad also periodically checked on things with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend him.
