Came in at 8:30am and they were out of more donuts than they had. When I mentioned the sellection looked "pretty thin", a young man from the other end shouted "You're just late!". What?!When I said if that's the way they talk to customers, it would be my last time, and another employee said "no skin off our back".I replied with "and no money out of wallet ".It will be the last time I visit!No skin off their backs. I guess

It had a very good and tasty iced caramel macchiato … I can’t start my day without it ❤️❤️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️Love and the donuts had custard in it and avocado toast with cherry tomatoes or baconMy fav

I went to drive thru and it took them five minutes to come to speaker mind you no customer nowhere in site I asked for a smoothie they told me that they didn’t have ingredients so I pulled off went towards front employee sitting in dining room on phone and I pull to front another employee in car sleep so my husband go in to order smoothie and they told him they don’t sell smoothies anymore so which one is it no ingredients or you don’t sell anymore my husband said when he looked around store it looked as if they were closed everything cleaned and put up they need to close this location they never have anything or always out of product

Food was ready when I got there, I had ordered ahead. I didn't get there long after I ordered but the food and coffee were just warm, not hot. Didn't bother me too much but figured I would mention it just in case someone else would be bothered.

Young black guy took my order very rude and ignorant. I had to repeat myself multiple times. He acting like he couldn’t hear me. I went up to the window after he handed me my drinks. I said are you okay ? Why do you have a attitude? He replied can you take your stuff. I get out of the drive thru and go inside. I asked for his name ? He refused to answer me and ignored me. The guy in the front who’s name was Robert refused to give me his name as well. I asked for the GM manager name and was told his name was Tom. There is seriously something wrong with that man and he should not be working around customers. I will never come back to this location. I didn’t feel like it was safe to drink my drinks. I have come to this location plenty of times but I have never had him wait on me. That type of customer service is unacceptable! Rude and nasty ! Avoid this location.

The ppl are amazing ! Especially a customer service Rep by the name of Vincent! He goes above and beyond to make your day! Overall very good environment for breakfast.
It wasn't busy, and the people were courteous. The food and price of my order were great, and it was located right off of Garners Ferry.

Service was slow but the coffees were good. Employees were nice. Their donuts are pitiful though! See my picture of the "frosted" donuts I got from them. There's literally less than a tablespoon of frosting on each. For $9.99 a half dozen I'd expect better. Don't get me started on how they charge $.30 per extra swirl. Brought all of my issues up with corporate who basically said "The franchise owner is greedy. There's nothing we can do about it." I'm not local to here but advise that if you are to find another location.**Baskin Robbins ice cream on display here was all freezer burnt too. Yuck!!

This has been my go-to Dunkin' Donuts for a while now, but I usually go through the drive-thru. Today, we decided to go inside. Big mistake.No Christmas decorations, trashy Ghetto and Pop music playing over the speakers instead of festive holiday music. So boring and lazy.When we walked in there were no employees behind the counter, turns out one of the employees was sitting at a table across from some woman (homeless?) who was sleeping at a table. Another employee was in the back somewhere. I think we were interrupting the male employee's YouTube watching time because as we were ordering he kept trapping his fingers on a display right in front of my face. Maybe try being subtle next time, sorry you are expected to work at your job. lolWhenever that one black guy is working our orders are always wrong and the coffee usually tastes awful and is very cold. Fortunately he wasn't taking orders today. The blonde female employee is usually decent, she gave my dog a pup cup once. That was nice.
