Best experience in a sandwich shop I've had my whole life. The crew running the place at 9pm on a Friday night were all top shelf. Everyone was having fun, laughing with customers, and doing a fantastic job at the same time. The type of crew that deserves a raise sort of thing.. winking at you firehouse.

Honestly the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. I was really hoping to have a great sandwich on this Saturday at a restaurant we enjoy going to. I know it was busy but the customer service and the experience was THE WORST! We had ordered a soda and chips with our small sandwiches. The soda machine was broken and the employee’s response was “an employee messed it up”. My husband’s order was made completely wrong because he cannot have anything on his sandwich except the meat cheese and bread. Mayonnaise was added and he went to the counter and asked the sandwich to be remade. We waited an extra 20 minutes and I had already finished, my husband went to check on the status of his remake and the employee said “What?” and he asked about his remake, the employee stated “I already gave you your food” and he stated “no the remake”. The employee responded “I don’t do remakes” The employee helping at the register was helpful and refunded half the order, despite the fact that the employee stated to throw the drink cups away even though the only thing that was available was unsweet tea or sugar free drinks (neither of which were what we wanted) We canceled the remake because at this point, with the experience of customer service and having a lack of machines that work at all, we and left to go to Chick-fil-A so my husband could actually have something to eat and we could have WONDERFUL customer service. We will definitely never EVER be back to this location. I have never in my life experienced something like this in this location. Luckily the half refund showed up but the receipt machine could not even give a receipt for the meal. I don’t know why this location has SO MUCH broken in it but I would not recommend this location to anyone.Dietary restrictions: They did not make the sandwich according to how it was specifically asked for.

I had the pleasure of shaking hands with the one of the managers I believe GM but she took ownership of her store in the sense that, if there was a mistake she used words like "we are better than that" or "we can make that happen" sign of a leader to me. Anywho foods good and I always trust a place where a manager trust their team. Hats off to her.

20-25 minute wait for food on 12 /27 at 12:30. Not a line but sadly only two people working and were working hard. Restroom was nasty and fire exit completely blocked. Walked out.. It’s been a while since been to FH Subs. It’s going to be a long time before I want to try again.
Food was tasty.The attitudes from both employees was not well received. The snappiness to questions was rude and when I asked for a take out box, she tossed it on the counter and quickly turned away to talk to the other associate.A smile would be wonderful, but didn't receive that.The men's room was atrocious and seen in photos.We usually frequent this Firehouse, but if this is the new trend we will go elsewhere.Vegetarian options: Bring in spring mix with fresh grapes and berries of some kind.
They make great subs and the prices aren't too bad. I will return the next time I want to order sandwiches.

Ordered online. Checked our order before we left and they had put cheese on my sub, which I can't eat, and had scraped most of the melted cheese off before giving to us. They did remake it after thatbut took awhile because they had to remake other people's orders as well... then the remade sub had almost no turkey on it. No pickle included with other sandwich I ordered. First time trying firehouse and got a subway experience for double the cost.

This place has gone down hill!! Came in at 1:15 to get their new / limited time only, BBQ sandwich. When I entered there one guy assembling sandwiches and in the back I could hear at least 3 different employees conversing and laughing and no one paying attention to the counter for customers to place an order. An older person finally walked out from the back and told me “I’ll be right with you sir!” I am not a sir! Waited another minute and I just left! Lunch time and the employees could careless of customers come in to eat! Will not be back. This location is poorly managed!
