I ordered food from here for the first time last night, and unfortunately, I had a very concerning experience. While eating, I discovered a piece of copper wire—like a metal mesh—inside my food. I actually had it in my mouth before realizing and had to pull it out. Absolutely unacceptable and really disturbing. 🤮 See the photo below.

Damn left a review before I went to pick up my order and now I have to retract my 5 star review. They truly failed me tonight. None of the food is good tonight. I asked for extra sauce on the boneless ribs and they have to be the driest boneless ribs I've ever gotten. And the general tso chicken taste like it came out of Walmart frozen food section. Complete disappointment.

I accidentally ordered from here And they the only Chinese restaurant open late on the west, but the food was terrible I had seasame chicken and pork fried rice the rice was too wet and mushy and I didn’t even have vegetables or anything In it, I should have just got plain white rice, then when I called he said that’s how they make it and sorry and hung up in my face, I will not recommend them to anyone and the food was terrible , my cat didn’t even wanna eat none a total waste of $13…. Never ever again
I been ordering food here recently I was suggested here by a friend recently an the food is very good possibly best in 103rd area I order food to take it to my family ran business for lunch even I’ve spent almost 200$+ I been walking in recently to a kid looking at me an laughing as soon I walk in with my family member which is kinda crazy I know it’s a kid but cmon it’s not acceptable I’ll think about coming here again to pickup food idk

I would put description of food on the menu and not screw up orders. I ordered online and when I got it, I had to drive to the store and get my missing items and have them fix what they messed up. The guy behind the counter was not helpful. Be cautious if you order from here

The egg rolls where undercooked, the teriyaki chicken was dry , the general tso chicken was nasty, will never go back here do to the nasty tasting food.

i was a little skeptical of ordering chinese food on 103rd. but i’m so glad i did. the foods very good for it being jacksonville chinese (jax has some of the worst chinese i have ever eaten) i would definitely order from here again.
