Please put in a water filter. Drinking water from the soda machine tastes disgusting.

I order DoorDash from this place all the time (the hibachi bowls). Always delicious and generous portions.

This. This. Is. SOOOO NASTY!!!! The smell is worst horrible! The taste came from the NASTY odor. I can’t eat this NO MORE. Wasting money!!! I don’t know how people like this place but Jax this area is the most worst sushi place I ever had. Now I never want to order another place while I’m visiting from Orlando. I apologized this part I spill it out in the bag. I can’t continue eat this.

Please be careful with this place. We came in to get food, my husband has a shellfish allergy. I ordered my food first, cashier has gloves on touches the shrimp I ordered for myself. She then goes to make my husbands food and touches all the non-shellfish foods with her SAME gloves. We were immediately turned off and did not feel safe eating here. Cashier seemed tone deaf to the issue, she just awkwardly laughed and offered a free drink? Not sure I can trust eating here with someone who might have allergies or sensitivies. Just be careful!

I believe honest and transparent communication helps us build a better community. I’m a Door Dasher and I provide service to customers around our city. Usually establishments are kind and welcoming- so much so that I end up becoming a regular myself. However, this restaurant doesn’t reflect these values. I entered the building and noticed a manager or cashier standing behind the desk. I showed him the order. And I hit the “confirm” button because- that’s how I move on to get paid. The manager/cashier yelled at me to “Hit the Confirm” button- twice- even after I already had. I even showed him my screen. This is a rude practice. It insinuates that we, Dashers, are stealing. Funny thing is that if he had been following along on the app- he would have seen that I had confirmed the order already. It’s a shame- really. When he saw that he was in error, he didn’t apologize or anything. He treated me like I was a person undeserving of respect. Ironic- because if businesses were disconnected from Door Dash, I believe their bottom line would show the opposite. Let’s honor businesses who are kind to your delivery people. If for no other reason, the delivery people handle your food. Thanks for reading.

Pretty decent portions and fresh! l liked the flavors of my Spicy Tuna and Smoked Eel Poke Bowl. This is the type of entree that I love to eat with chopsticks because there was just a lot going on in my bowl. The Poke Bowl was about $13-14 and with DoorDash, it's going to run you about$20. Well worth the money because that's what I was craving and it definitely hit the spot.

Kazu Sushi Burrito is a small chain around the Jacksonville, Florida area (not to mention a location in Saint Augustine, Florida) that is a fantastic destination for poke bowls. Honestly, their poke polls are definitely incredible and I would definitely recommend them. The staff is friendly and if you have any questions, they are happy to answer. I love the toppings and usually my bowl is quite overflowing by the time that I am done creating my bowl with all of their toppings. The inside is bright and inviting and again, the staff is friendly and professional. All in all, this is a great stop if you are craving a poke bowl and a place that I would definitely recommend. I am a huge fan of this local restaurant chain. I would give it an overall rating of five stars for this location. I have been to most, if not all, of their locations and have not had a bad experience at any of their locations.

The store had a nasty strong odor smell. Took the guy 15 mins to make 1 spring roll and I was the only one in the store. None of there food was covered. Never going back to eat there.
