Asked for extra butter at window and the lady said she couldn’t give it me; I asked if I could pay for it; she wouldn’t even allow me to pay her for extra butter and had an attitude; then I told her to have a nice day and she proceeded to yell through the window at me that I don’t have to be rude; excuse me for saying have a nice day… How is that rude? No guest service there.

Could this location get any worse? Skyler stated that he isn't sure if anyone can use Krystal's app here and doesn't know how to find out. Thus, I took my money to the competition. I keep giving this location chance after chance , nothing wrong with the food and I only go every other Saturday for a low carb scrambler , the one time I ordered a biscuit I didn’t get it, every other time their system is down and they are unable to process orders . Today I was told at the drive up we have a big order ahead of you and we don’t know how long it’s going to be before we serve you so you might not want to wait ! Then she cut off microphone without giving me a chance to speak I waited and told her I would still like to order and I would wait for them to complete the big order ,IPulled ahead of their “big order “ waited about 5 minutes and the lady brought my order our , so I don’t know why it was an issue for them to fulfill the big order and any following that the lady was courteous but it just seems they have issues that can be resolved but not willing to work it out

The Breakfast was supposedly 3 eggs, that was not 3 egg portion. The toast was cold, the eggs looked like they were them powdered eggs, the coffee was like a hour or two hours old, the only thing good was the grits. I was better off going to McDonald's for their big breakfast or going to Wawa's at least it would have tasted better. Nothing like paying for dumpster food. I don't eat pork because of religious reasons they didn't have a substitute for the sausage like either a hamburger patty or turkey patty. I guess some of these places don't care what they make and sell to you etc. Everyone have a Blessed day.

Was welcomed in with a hello, cash register systemwas down but was told would only take a few mins they apologized and offered my family drinks until the system was up. We ordered and had a good lunch for 4 and went on our merry way. Everyone was very professional and courtious.
Service should be a zero but that’s not an option. I ordered my food pull up to the window and Pay. Then the lady tells me to pull up a little bit because they’re waiting on a corn pup. I sat out there for 20 minutes waiting on a corn pup. What did they have to do make the damn hotdogbread deep fry it I mean

Fast food for sure, prices have definitely increased but I was surprised that the new chicken sandwich was so big! The staff was friendly and helpful and pretty quick. Condiments are not so easy to get anymore and the atmosphere could have been cleaner and jazzed up some but served it's purpose- to eat! When you crave a Krystal, you gotta get a Krystal!

I decided I'd try Krystals Breakfast well I'm not eating in my car before work. The door said dine in 6am it's 7:30am, the lady inside was rude and refused inside service, I asked can I go through the drive through and sit and eat she said no, so needless to say they lost my business, I'll go to my normal McDonald's and eat there.Rude Management
