We travel from the Northside every month to do our produce shopping and spend close to $400 at least once, sometimes twice each month and prefer Native Sun over any grocery store in Jacksonville. Every location is great, however, we really love the one at the beaches. The owner always goes above & beyond to help customers and our produce are only organic, which is key to living a healthy lifestyle, especially during a pandemic. Thank you, Native Sun for all you do and how you work so hard to bring the community together by purchasing from local farmers.

Rude and unprofessional employees, very overpriced foods. The deli is overpriced for gas station quality food. It took me well over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich, because the children who work there prefer to play. Also the managers Matt and Irena lack common sense and the ability to understand what the word "tuesday" means. I'll keep that to myself. If you shop at native sun, you're robbing yourself. Its a wannabe trader joes.

Nice location, easy parking, clean, contemporary, above average. Creative, delicious and healthy custom made recipies. Provides opportunities to local vendors to market their products as well. Encourages healthy living and is consistent with high quality.

I just called in to tell you that I bought FOUR packages of your guac ($3.99 EACH) and all the onions were bad. I messaged you 2 days after I bought them to tell you. No response as of today. I called in today to see if I could at least get a credit or if I needed to return them to show you the batch, etc., and Brandi (who was super nice) said that Irena said NO. I have been a loyal customer for a while and spend a lot of money there (this particular bill total was $137) and you're going to turn me away because it's "not close enough to the time of purchase" to say yes. Are you kidding me? I hope the owners see this. Maybe this is why you can't stay in business. What a shame.

I visited the re-opened a store in Jax Beach today, and it was amazing! Wonderful fresh produce, gorgeous salad bar unbelievably overflowing hot bar, and all of the wonderful healthy groceries but I have missed while you have been gone! I got a Peanut protein smoothie and it was delicious!

Best grocer I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, fair prices, and only the hugest quality products. I buy my produce, meats, tea, and CBD balm from there. I’m legitimately ecstatic that they’re reopening their doors for business. Native Sun is great for Jacksonville.

Had the best GF carrot cake from there yesterday! Sad you're closing and would love to know where your bakers are going.

Just received email from owners announcing they're closing all stores. No mention of when but hours are now shorter and closed Sundays. To be honest, I'm not surprised. I hardly go myself anymore. Most grocery stores have pretty much of the same items or online but at a lower cost. I'm sad to see them close. I occasionally shopped at their Baymeadows location and started back in 2012. My issue was with their customer service employees. Mostly attitude when I had to deal with items not ringing up as advertised. Many trips back inside for price adjustments. It happened every time I shopped. I'm not kidding. I wonder how many people really ever checked their receipts. To survive and keep customers coming back you lower/match prices, provide excellent customer service etc. Unfortunately Native Sun was unable or willing to embrace the competition.

Just writing because I want to put it on record that we adore this market which is now closing. They had the best customer service, supplement advice and great smoothies, kombucha on tap and the wraps are fabulous! As an original health food store located here in Jacksonville, we are so very sad to see them go. Best you Native Sun!

I used to go to this location everyday. However the customer service has changed so much it's awful. I am not sure why the employees in the juice bar are always mad. One of the girls who works there was taking my order while texting and then rolled her eyes when I asked to substitute something. The employees here seem miserable. Definitely not coming back.

Like Whole Foods and Fresh Market had a baby.

Over priced produce (worse than pre-Amazon Whole Foods) and not a large selection. I can't say that I would come here again.
