I called when I arrived asking if they could please bring my pizza out to my car. I was right in front of the restaurant. They told me they don't offer that service and I asked them if they could please just be nice and bring it so I don't have to get my daughter in and out of her car seat. He still said no.... When I mentioned it to the lady inside, she said they're not staffed for that... There was a MINIMUM of SEVEN ppl in that store at the moment and not one of them could find 10 seconds to provide an ounce of customer service? Just wow! Will not make the mistake of spending my money here again.

I have learned to order take out because for some reason people are paid very well to fork up my order! My wife can not eat pork and some reason they keep putting the pepperoni on the whole pizza and not half. I’m getting pretty close to being done with ordering pizza from pizza places I never order delivery for this reason.

Pizza arrived cold. Called manager she was rude and started making excuses of why our pizza was cold. I don't care!!! Took 45 minutes for it arrive after placing order. Maybe Papa Johns need to hire there own drivers again.

Consistently undercooked. I think their oven is broken. 3rd time in a row the pizza needed to be recooked at home. This last time we asked for extra crispy and saw no improvement.

I'm so mad I won't order from them again this was two weeks they can't get it right all for ex sauce ex cheese looked like a spoon of sauce no ex cheese crust wasn't even cooked I ask for them to check it to make sure it was right guess they didn't understand

They out-source their deliveries to Door Dash. It's a boring Wednesday night and it's been well over an hour for a basic pizza delivery. It's possible that the store itself is okay but they need to re-evaluate their delivery business.
We ordered 11 pizzas for carry-out at 11 AM, online 3 days in advance. I called at 10:15 AM that morning to confirm my order and sure enough the order was received. The associate offered to prepare my pizzas earlier and I took him up on that. All pizzas were prepared correctly and it was a pleasant experience at a great price.

The pizza isn’t all that good. Very cheap and skimpy with the cheese. The cheese and tomato sauce is so thin you are basically eating dough. The last two times I placed orders online with pickup times for about an hour and a half later. Both times the pizza was prepared immediately resulting in cold pizza.

I am very disappointed, ordered delivery from this place , estimated time 30-45 min , when 1:10 min passed I have called place to check on status,,, advices food was delivered and DROPPED in front Door… whatttt , and truly there is dropped on the cement ground , dirt ??? No door bell ring, no notification!!! Pizza was cold sitting on floor for 30 min ? Very disappointed, delivery doesn’t have any sense, leave food on ground OMG!Parking: No comment

I've ordered from this location for 10 years. My last order was completely wrong when delivered. Today's delivery was supposed to be delivered after 45 minutes. It was 30 minutes late and the pizza cold. $30 dollars for 2 cold pizzas. I'll pick up Little Caesars next time.
