I placed an order and specifically said no oregano, just sauce and cheese. I get there to pick and the pizza had oregano and i asked why they got the guy from the back to answer the question and he said it might have gotten some on it u just didn’t want any at all?!!! So idk what does NO OREGANO MEAN! And he laughed and said ok i will remake it with an attitude. No apology as if i was wrong for having kids that don’t like oregano on their pizza!!! Not professional at all

Even though I’ve been in the neighborhood for a while now and in this plaza multiple times over the years, I had never tried the pizza ? from Renna’s.The pizza was delicious and I was able to order half pepperoni and half specialty, which was great.I’m not a New Yorker but this is a very good pizza and it was delicious. I think I found my go-to neighborhood favorite pizza joint.The place is simple and feels like a hole-in-the-wall establishment, which is totally cool and charming.The staff is friendly and welcoming.Overall I had a great experience at Renna’s.

Excellent pie and Kim the cashier who took our order is so nice! This is the key to mom and pop businesses that I often see them missing. Great people and customer orientation are critical and Renna's seems to have this formula. Snotty kids who don't care about the success of the business might be cheaper, but they will chase customers away. Thanks to Kim and the chef today making an authentic New York pie, Renna's just got two regular customers. Bravo!

Fantastic pizza. This is a great place that is hidden back off the road.
Great food! The cashier with the mask and glasses shirked her duties big time by having an extended & loud convo with her friends who were eating there. I got to hear her entire life story & it was so loud it was disruptive to the enjoyment of our meal . Doesn’t she know that it is bad manners? She was the oldest one there & should know better. The wait was long mostly due to the online orders. Staff working in kitchen were working hard .

Love this pizza and I get one to go every Sunday evening if I can. Great crust and delicious sauce. The pizza-maker last night made a great pie and from week to week is very consistent with his quality. The ladies at the counter are super friendly too. Makes me want to come back.

My Review is not visible at times??? An update 1/30: The rude mans name is Steve! I was in today 1/10/2024 (late lunch) and some small bald guy was berating a female counter person. It was disgusting. Another customer said she was going to talk to the owner but I had no interest as I am not going to get into unprofessional behavior. These employees were not kids but boy they sure didn't act like it. Other places you get service, at Renna's you only get drama. Avoid at all costs is my advice. The bald guy has issues and it shows. Terrible that the owners put up with this!
