Highly unprofessional. I placed an order though door dash for my company. The order was confirmed and it’s eta was for a little after 1. I placed this order because my company had a meeting that started at 1pm. I DID NOT receive the notification that the order was cancelled until 12:50… I understand this is more of door dashes fault but I then proceeded to call this restaurant and told them I just received the cancellation notice… I KINDLY asked whomever that picked up the phone if they could make an exception and make the pizza that I ordered and was hung up on. I understand everyone has busy days but you weren’t open, nor did you TRY amd work with me. To simply hang upThe phone is totally unprofessional and rude. My order placed was huge.You just lost a customer

I came here to get a BLT Pizza and Garlic. Knots and the garlic knots are burnt and the pizza is made wrong so now I have to stop somewhere else to get dinner and throw 23 dollars in the toilet. Never again. You should not own an Italian place if you can't make the food. Us Italians know how the food should be made

First time eating at the restaurant. Ordered an X-Large cheese with basil. Being a native New Yorker I can honestly say that this pizza is phenomenal. The sauce and dough are perfect! Will definitely be ordering again. Great job

50 dollars for nasty food , hot wings no sauce and wasn’t cooked well done, pizza subs is NOT A PIZZA SUB it looks like French bread pizza, the meatball sub barely and sauce and Nasty . My first time and last time I’am so disappointed on this trash they call food , some of these 5 star reviews are fake. They have to be.. and this is a pizza sub no it is not.

What I ordered:2 chicken parm which was said to come only with garlic bread (therefore I expected a reasonable sized chicken parm)Baked zitiGarden salad with French dressing2L cokeWhat I received:2 small chicken parm over spaghettiBite size lasagna (see photo)Some salad with a mountain of mushrooms (photo) with ranch and blue cheese dressingNo drinkI called and he said he can’t do anything about it, that if I ordered tomorrow again, he won’t charge for my drink.No words. If I didn’t have two toddlers at home right now I’d personally go return this food and take my money back because it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve even seen from a restaurant.

We were going to order from our normal go to, but decided to try a new pizza place instead. We were not dissapointed. Rino's is now our new favorite place. If you have not yet been here, you are missing out! everything from the crust to the toppings, all was perfectly placed and cooked. For the price, it's all in all a great deal. Oh, and also definatley try the fried mushrooms. Those are to die for!
