Highly unprofessional. I placed an order though door dash for my company. The order was confirmed and it’s eta was for a little after 1. I placed this order because my company had a meeting that started at 1pm. I DID NOT receive the notification that the order was cancelled until 12:50… I understand this is more of door dashes fault but I then proceeded to call this restaurant and told them I just received the cancellation notice… I KINDLY asked whomever that picked up the phone if they could make an exception and make the pizza that I ordered and was hung up on. I understand everyone has busy days but you weren’t open, nor did you TRY amd work with me. To simply hang upThe phone is totally unprofessional and rude. My order placed was huge.You just lost a customer
I came here to get a BLT Pizza and Garlic. Knots and the garlic knots are burnt and the pizza is made wrong so now I have to stop somewhere else to get dinner and throw 23 dollars in the toilet. Never again. You should not own an Italian place if you can't make the food. Us Italians know how the food should be made

I just deleted the 5 star review I had previously posted a few months ago to lower it to 1 star and say that I may never come back. We ordered 2 pizzas at 9:15 just to have them canceled by the employee. Im guessing he didn't want to make our order that close to closing? Now we have no dinner for our family and a pending transaction on our card. That was our dinner money for tonight. Thanks for nothing, Rinos, your service has really gone downhill since you opened.

First time eating at the restaurant. Ordered an X-Large cheese with basil. Being a native New Yorker I can honestly say that this pizza is phenomenal. The sauce and dough are perfect! Will definitely be ordering again. Great job
