One of the worst experiences you’ll ever have eating here. They give u old food and will lie to your face about making your things fresh. Just pass this place and go to orange park if u can. All the employees also hang out in the back of the place like it’s the club. It’s terrible. I didn’t even bother calling bk up there this time cause they don’t care to do better

What a terrible experience I had. I don't eat out a lot and decided I wanted Mexican food from Taco Bell. There was no cashier. One of the cooks I guess you would call them took three orders. All three orders ahead of me were messed up and missing items. I walked in and ordered to go. I did check to make sure that the number of things I ordered were there and they were. But when I got home half of them were ice cold like they had been made an hour before by accident and decided to give them to me. The customer in front of me was also getting a little irritated by the wait. And a woman who identified herself as the GM, general manager was screaming and yelling back at the customer. Not a very good atmosphere. The floor was all sticky and dirty. There were no clean tables to sit and wait for an order to be completed. Not clean at all. My Mexican pizza was all smashed. I probably will not return for a very long time.

To whom it may concern. Went threw drive thru for some Tacos.and how disappointing it was to get home and the food was cold the lettuce was old and soggy. I will not eat here again.. BAD SERVICE! BAD FOOD!

Don't ever go here unless you are willing to wait for atleast a hour for food. That isn't made fresh and then they are unsanitary cause I saw a young lady wipe her face 2 times and touching on her clothes without changing gloves. And her responds was to the manager that it's hot. And she still didn't change gloves. They only.had 4 people working. And no one helping at the counter. What a famn jokes.
I'm glad my lunch was an hour because they were moving with no sense of

I will say management has gotten better here bc it used to be inedible. I understand prices going up but c'mon you can give me more than 1/8 a cup of cheese!! I come here at least once a week but gonna stop over this lil petty stuff

Every. Single. Time you go through the drive through it takes FOREVER. They take your order and have you not pull up until they tell you to (which takes 5mins each person at least)
