Not sure if I'll ever go back there again. Everything was cold and soggy. The chips for the nacho was soggy almost like they had been sitting already made for hours. The taco fell to pieces and the chalupa was cold and rubbery when I tried to bite it you really had to pull to get it. Worst experience EVER!

Have been to this location so many times and EVERY SINGLE time my food is wrong & missing items on my order. This is just lazy employees. I do not understand, a time or two I get it things happen and mistakes are made but come on. This falls on poor management follow through. When receiving order I open the bag to find my chips just dumped into the bag. This is terribly frustrating.

Very slow paced. It took them very long to get out , and it wasn't correct. We were so tired from a very long trip and just wanted a quick bite before getting home. We didn't say anything, just ate what we got and moved along.
This is one of the only Taco Bell locations I will regularly visit when I’m in the area because they rarely mess up my order in any way and the staff are always kind and competent. I don’t usually stop for fast food places bc of the nightmare it usually becomes. This Taco Bell is actually on their game.
2 year update 12/6/23 5:48PMThey still sorry and I have learned I officially will not be back after giving them a 2nd chance I avoided this one for a LOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGG while again I’m standing in line 2 of the 6 employees look at me and say nothing. Eventually I spoke up and the girl that actually didn’t see me took my order. Not as much as a one moment, we got customers at the register nothing. This is my 3rd and 2nd poor review no more chances.Welp, this location has totally went South 5 stars to one star, been in line about 10 minutes with not as much as an acknowledgement just standing here ....The girl came finally just to look at me no greeting I just proceeded to order....They guy in front of me never even ordered because they took forever. My previous review (see below) has most definitely changed and I do not see myself coming back anytime soon. Lots of laughter which is nice in the work place but customer service could use some work.OLDER REVIEW:Rather quick service for the amount of people that were there. Food was hot and correct, my cousin ordered her food veggie style and it was correct. Overall I would come back if I'm in the area and want taco bell.

This place pumps out breakfast faster than anyone else and it's always great. Monday December 4th 745 am the guy working the drive through made my morning. Nice people.

My husband and I went to this taco bell location on 12/03/2023 around midnight when some type of altercation happened with a jeep on the drivethru, the females in the jeep were very vulgar and had a disgusting way of dealing with whatever happened I believe they wanted a refund for something but started acting feral. Anyways the employees that worked that night deserve praise on how they handled the whole situation with the jeep full of uneducated women stayed parked in the drive thru causing a delay on the Taco Bell service. Despite us not getting our burrito's which we love I'm glad they handled the situation amazing and to those women in the jeep who literally don't know how to act I hope y'all get what yall deserve anyways 10/10 in this Taco Bell location.
