It's taco bell. It's cheap n quick. This store never messes up my order. All the front of house employees are nice and respectful people. The best in Jax I think. Also, their bathrooms are always clean and operable.

The system was having problems this evening bumping orders out of que. instead of being upset and walking out, I spoke with the manager who rectified the problem and explained the situation.. She was amazing and made an order, already ready, fresh with the missing order she was preparing, since it got cold. Big shout out to Michelle and Trista, hope I got those correct ? for the greet customer service.. I know it’s a rough industry

This location really messed up my food,....I am STRICTLY vegetarian and they gave me beef in my Mexican pizza ..This is the second time happening with me so, I can guess how often they are making mistakes like this..The staff is not paying attention to the orders at all...⚠️?‼️BE AWARE VEGETARIANS ‼️?⚠️

The wait is ridiculous at times but the staff is friendly and food is hot and made correctly.
