Today is Taco Tuesday. I hesitantly go to this Taco Bell despite previous bad experiences. The free taco was obviously a free taco because it was smashed in half and cold. Practically all the nachos were soggy and I took the smashed free taco and just added it to the nachos since I couldn't pick it up and eat it. There's a reason why when Chic fil a was open they always had long lines because they actually care about their paying customers. This location obviously could care less. However the service was quick and the drive was very polite.

At first I was a little annoyed when i ordered delivery and a couple of the items we’re missing/not correct. But when I called, the employee I spoke with was so kinda and understanding im not even mad, she offered a free remake as well:) I have never had better customer service at a restaurant.

The manager here is great. Dealing with an insufferable employee, yet kept her cool. Was polite and courteous to the issue at hand. Food was absolutely delicious and portions fair.

This location is way over priced. At the end of the day, it's fast food. It's not supposed to be great, just a meal to get you through to the next meal. Taco Bells around the country are not as expensive as this location. Three tacos and a drink shouldn't be nearly $15.

This store charges twice the price of corporate. The Taco Bell website says Potato Soft Taco is $1.00, they charge $2.00. The Taco Bell website says Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito is $2.00, they charge $3.59. Everything on the "value" menu is essentially double the cost.

Slowest Taco Bell in America, always understaffed. I've sat in this drive thru line for 25 minutes and had to call the store from the line to remind them they had a drive thru.. the crazy thing is it kinda worked & only had to wait another 10 minutes to get food (I was third in line when I pulled up.)Having said that, I still choose to wait knowing it's always gonna be brutal.. TB is gas.

I just got food from here. Yes it was late at night but regardless, it was absolutely terrible. If you are going to stay open, stay consistent. Disappointed and disgusted!
This place was terrible I went here once and will never go again this place had me blowing up my toilet for 7 weeks I am vegan and they gave me meat also the drive thru people are so rude they just did not want to be there so never go here being hungry would have been the better option

Wow this Taco Bell location is THE BEST. Not sure if I've ever gone to the extreme of giving a fast food joint a 5-star review, but here we are.8 months pregnant and needed a quick snack after a Target pick up. Luckily Taco Bell was a convenient stop on my way out of the shopping center. A friendly voice greeted me at the drive thru and I ordered one Cheesy Gordita crunch and mild sauce. Pulled around to the second window and was handed a bag with my order. Little did I know I was about to consume the best cheesy gordita crunch EVER. It was warm, fresh, and legit looked like the ad pictures. That never happens!!! I actually considered going back for more and giving compliments to whoever made that masterpiece. It was really THAT good. If I wasn't overcome with pregnancy exhaustion, I probably would have gone back. This person deserves a raise.

Line is super long. Lady at the drive handed bag silently, and when asked if everything is in the bag she looked nervous then said yes. Missing half of my order, no sauces or napkins either. One burrito was unwrapped at the bottom of the bag and and the wrapper was on top of everything else. My burrito was also rolled the wrong way so each bite was 100% of one ingredient.
