It started out good. I got my pick up order in a timely manner. But, I didn't get my large fries that I added to a combo with my salad. I was very disappointed as that was an additional cost to me that I just lost. Pay more attention, Wendy's at Bartram market

Wendys has gone down hill for a long time and now its rock bottom. This will be my last wendys trip. Food was expensive, $11 for a single, fries and coke. Food took a long time and was still cold. Bun was stale. While i ate this terrible food the manager started screaming, no exaggeration, screaming at an employee. It was early lunch and i was the only one there so maybe she thought the store was empty but still..When i was a kid wendys was a treat, a step above the others, now its just terrible.

I am not one to complain or write reviews, but today what I experienced with this Wendy’s was so upsetting that it has lead me to do this. On top of that, I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to another manager. I know people have their days and we’re all humans but to find out by an employee when I asked for information that this behavior of that particular person is a normal behavior, I was like oh no!! This so-called manager from the very beginning that me and my daughters entered the dining room to order gave us a look like “seriously I am cleaning and you guys are coming in to dirty.” First the dining area closes at 10 and it was 8:45, secondly, my daughters and I are grown and clean, so you didn’t have to worry….Adonica (yes that’s her name)! There was no need whatsoever to be slamming those metal chairs on to the floor, making all those extremely loud noises!! I seriously thought she was about to break the floor! If the owner is reading this, please playback video (March 26 at around 8:52pm oh I have it jotted down). My daughter was watching her actions the whole time while we were at the touchscreen placing order and when an employee even asked her why is she bringing down the chairs and she then pointed at us! Adonica, honey, you didn’t have to worry cause we could’ve easily sat down at any booth that were clearly available! I just really couldn’t with this lady and something needs to be done. If she doesn’t like her job, go somewhere else! She’s clearly not management material like, I saw a lot of young men and women there with better customer service.

I go here every morning for breakfast the bacon and egg biscuits are amazing. Danielle is always friendly and my food is ready almost immediately. Thank you for all you do Danielle!

Loud buzzing noise the entire time, no cashier, self order screen in the back of the lobby. If I had known it was a self order screen store, I would not have come. The buzzing ruined the dine in experience.

The manager was very rude! She would just put (not only our food) the food on the counter call the name and then walk away without saying anything to the customers! Like she didn't want to be there. My order wasn't done correctly. No interaction with the customers at all! Very disappointed in the over all service!
