Got here dinner time, it’s dead inside, store has no zax sauce, no soap in restroom, no ice in customer area, no sweet tea in customer area… what are y’all even doing?**edit**Came back a few weeks later as it’s the closest Zaxby’s to me… chicken is old as heck. Still one star would leave less if I could. This owner should learn to take pride in their establishment.

Most dgaf restaurant in the Town Center. Slowest fast food service. Employees have one speed and it's super slow. Waited 25 minutes for 1 salad and 1 combo meal for a dine in order. Giant water puddle on the floor the whole time I was here. No ice. 70% of the drink selections were empty. No apology, manager cussing in front of customers and an incompetent kitchen staff. It's been a year of this. I was her on weekend 2 weeks ago and waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food. I'm done. I can't keep being patient when I have a life to get on with.

Avoid, I was charged for food I did not order after my card was kept by drive thru staff. Manager Ashley Morrison refused to provide me with the district managers information so that I can file a grievance. Called corporate, little help. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The food is always old, cold, or too salty. The staff walking in off the clock walking behind the counter fixing themselves plates. You couldn’t pay me to go to any zaxby ever. Zaxby worst than McDonald’s & over priced.

Went here 3/11 lunch, ordered wings and things drive thru. It was the worst buffalo wings I've ever had, the wings are old dry and rubbery. I could have return the chicken, but my location is quite far from the town center. I put the date here so, whoever is in charge that day will know that they have bad batch of chicken wings in their storage. Made me sick. Never again Zaxby's..

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Placed an order online only to come in and pick it up and have to stand there for 40 minutes and wait for it.. there’s no one in the dining room and the few people that came in 20 min after me had ordered, received their food and ate. I finally asked for a refund after being ignored by them for 40 min and turns out they never started making my food.. and the manager told me she can’t refund me. So now I’m on the way back home without the Zaxby’s my son asked for and without my money.I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 15 years and I’m in FOH management for my daily work.. trust me when I say I would never hire the people that work in the zaxbys. They all have 0 customer service skills and seems to lack basic human comprehension skills as well which is very alarming. Oh and the cook doesn’t use gloves

My cobb zalad was missing tomato, cucumber, egg and bacon.Also ordered cheese bites and got french fries...I really love the Cobb salad when it is made correctly with all the ingredients!

Waited 20minutes plus in line with 1 car ahead of me to only receive dry chicken and burnt toast. Plus the cashiers had a horrible attitude.

Had the displeasure of going to this location last night and will never return. Drive though line was long so decided to go inside where I stood in line behind another customer waiting for the man behind the register to take her order. He was on his phone and then looked up and said he was "not the cashier" and walked out into the lobby. A girl came up with an already nasty attitude, was not welcoming, super short, seemed annoyed and was very rude. Asked her if she was okay and she copped more of an attitude so decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere. Will not come back to this location again.

I’m not sure why this keeps happening but they always forget the Zax sauce for the chicken strips. Bought 4 meals and not a single one had ZAK’s sauce which is one of the main reasons we ordered here. Beware because you might be eating dry chicken if you purchase this delivery.

The longest processing time I've ever encountered in my life. It took 50 minutes with a minimum number of visitors. Four employees tried to find out what order to place. In the end I was rude when I tried to find out when the order would be
