Zydeco serves some of the most flavorful #foodtruck dishes I've ever had. Today I had their Blackened Fish on top of Gumbolaya and the seasoning they put on it is sooo good and it wasn't dry at all My fave part is they cook the fish with the skin still on it so it gives more texture. If you don't like fish, they have options to add chicken, shrimp, or sausage instead. Great food at a great price!
For the last few months my work has had food trucks outside our office. I had never heard of this one but gave it a try. I had the gumbolaya and it was freaking incredible. It was like $11 but was a huge portion with chicken, shrimp and incredible sausage. Many of the foodies in the office got it and were all blown away. The portion made for 2.5 meals.... making it well worth the money. This is now in the running for my favorite food truck. I hope they are back soon

By far the BEST Cajun food ever! My first time trying the food was 2 years ago. I moved away and when i moved back i noticed there was now a restaurant through the Facebook page. I brought my family so their taste buds could experience a flavorful meal and they were not disappointed! We love the Gumbo Tots but everything is so full of flavor you can't go wrong with any of the options! Definitely a must try!
