I understand why there are not more of these places in Florida. Chiptole and Moes are better than this place x1000. They dont know how to roll the burrtios and the place was not appealing when i walked in. Drove all the way to Jupiter to try this and was so disappointed, didnt even want to finish my food. Sticking to Chipotle for sure

The Pancheros Mexican grill excellent food last time I want to Pancheros and the food was fresh I really liked it mostly the queso and the steak was really good and really cooked (fast food)DoorDash) ready to eat it

Pancheros is the best! Wish there was still a location in West Fl :( Best quality ingredients

Edit: Finally had a chance to drive to Jupiter for my first Pancheros since 2010! Almost shed a tear! Makes me so happy you guys are still ruling the burrito game!

I left a negative review about this place about a year ago but for some reason it was removed. We live in a time now or Google maps is no longer relevant when it comes to reviews because people can buy them or if the owner is offended they can be removed. With that said there's been inconsistencies with how the meat is measured and put on the burrito. If you get we were supposed to it's great if you don't well then you know how that's going to go.Basically is luc of the draw if it's going to be all right or not. Is another version of Chipotle as far as I'm concerned.If you find this helpful please be sure to upload me as it helps my status.

It's just bland food. All of the food is pale. The guac is clearly bagged and not made fresh. The peppers and onions are pale like they kissed the pan instead of being sauteed. The queso is as thin as water. Better off going to chipotle or Qdoba for the same price.

Here’s the good and the bad.Food is very good. 4-5 stars. Pretty fresh. Steak and chicken are good. Tofu is very good. Best part BY FAR is the burrito shells. They are fresh and steamed right there. Much better than Chipotle. They have Quesadillas which are good also.Service is 1-2 stars. The workers are not very nice. Not very welcoming. Seem to hate their job. Never smile. Always give smallish portions. Chipotle servers are much nicer, friendlier and generous.Atmosphere is ok at best. Decent interior. Tables inside are sometimes not cleaned.Of note. There’s never ever ice in the ice machine. Have no idea why but it’s an issue IMO.Overall good quality food with great tortilla shells but bad service and atmosphere.

Very nice place, best "fast food" burrito place around! I am shocked there is only 1 of these in florida. Food was great staff was great. Store was very clean. I highly reccomend!

I didn’t think it was possible for a Mexican restaurant to run out of rice, but you have proved me wrong. Went to get food at 8pm, 2hrs before the posted closing time and after I ordered a burrito and they prepared the tortilla I was told they are completely out of rice, big sad. Food is excellent… when it actually comes out.

My first time visiting Pancheros, the food was ok, but how is that possible that on a Saturday afternoon (4:30) the soda machine is out of soda? There was no drinks available. Also the staff looked not professional, looked unkempt, does the company offer uniforms? most of the tables were dirty . The air felt mushy, not cool, the room felt warm . Definitely would not come back. Only thing I *maybe* enjoyed were the chips and queso.

The food at Pancheros is pretty good, but the real star is the queso. Unfortunately they charge $2 if you want queso added to your burrito. EVERY TIME in the past few years, the employees here never give us the queso. Ordering two meals at over $10 each, plus $4 total for queso THAT WE NEVER GET makes me never want to come back here. Without fail our order is always incorrect or incomplete. Also, in the past they used to fold the queso into the inside of the burrito, but that hasn't happened in the past few years. Every time we go in here there's new employees, and it really seems like they don't know what they're doing when assembling the burritos.
