Rumbar at the ritz Key Biscayne had a great vibe, delicious food, and fantastic drinks! The atmosphere was lively and fun.However, the service was a letdown - our waiter and bartender/manager was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence.Despite this, we enjoyed our time, but a warmer welcome would have made it exceptional. Great spot, but work on the hospitality!

Advertised as a cigar lounge with beautiful leather chairs and a good selection. Upon arrival we were shown a small cigar selection and then told we would have to "sit outside". Walking outside we noticed it was not an extension of the bar but rather an undecorated patio with cheap lawn furniture. The prices were also sky high for the experience. Not worth it at all.

It makes no sense to hire a good Cuban live band if they take a break after every 3 songs. It's a shame, I found it very disappointing. The drinks are OK.

I usually feel like a prisioner of my body and rarely get to have a pain free day.... As a Disabled American with a wheelchair and special needs family members, I can wholeheartedly say that the Ritz Carlton provides by far the most inclusive, amazing experience in a compassionate, elegant, kind, helpful environment. I love it and have been a loyal customer for many years. Osmar was absolutely kind and gentle to assist us. Unforgettable experiences. The rooms are ADA, the beach is private and peaceful, the cabanas at the pool are spectacular, the children's water park is superb, Cantina's Beach Front Restaurant is 5 stars with delicious meals and friendly waitresses/waiters. The ambience is on point. In the evenings at the RUMBAR they have excellent drinks accompanied by live music that plays melodious romantic songs, upbeat salsa numbers, fabulous merengues, and overall make the evening extra special. I love this place. I will continue to return for as long as I shall live. I hope you like the photos. I recommend their Quesadillas and their Fruit Smash cocktails.

We have been staying at the Ritz Carlton KB for years. We spend most holidays there; we especially look forward to going for Christmas. The staff at the Ritz Carlton KB is like no other, but the best part of our stay is always seeing Anthony at Rumbar. He is absolutely the best bartender and one of the best parts of our stay. Anthony is the absolute BEST!

Situated inside Key Biscayne's Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Rum Bar is right off the main lobby (just past the reception desk). When I stopped in, I wasn't surprised to discover that they've got all manner of Rum available, not to mention quite a number of other spirits as well :-) Man doesn't live by Rum alone - they've also got an assortment of snacks and small bites so that you can have something to eat while you drink ;-)

Fantastic hotel bar staffed by a really fantastic team who make great cocktails.Just off the lobby, Rum Bar has a great dark wood fit out with big leather lounges. Alex, Luke and the rest of the team had great energy and looked after us all very well. Thanks for giving us a great time! (And big bonus they’re open late)

Delicious Boulevardiers and Manhattan's. Classic old school fancy hotel bar with dark wood and knowledgeable bartenders.
I went for drinks one night. The bar tender was super friendly. The crowd is lively and fun and the drinks were excellent. Overall nice time.

During our week stay, we had drinks or dinner/snack here several times. The martinis are excellent, crown & ginger was a stiff pour, nice bourbon selection, lots of cigars (we didn’t try but for those interested, it seemed a nice selection of probably 20). Sometimes we sat at the bar and sometimes a comfy couch, on 1 evening we even played cards at a table with another couple for probably 3 hours…and they were fine with it. The bartender is friendly and knows how to make any cocktail you’d like, the servers were excellent. The burgers, chicken sandwich, wings, all excellent and high quality. It’s great for a pre/after dinner drink and usually bustling. They have a few TV’s with sports and a few TV’s playing old black & white movies. The music selection makes you tap your feet for sure…Latin, Bossa Nova, a great sound track of music each night. I think the hours are 3pm-12midnight. If you want more privacy, the lobby seating area is adjacent and each night it was “dead” so you could take drinks in the lobby seating area and have a conversation or a group would have plenty of space. Each night we spent $100+ and well worth it

Alex and Anthony are true professionals when it comes to entertaining guest and making patrons feel welcome,they are top notch These gentlemen make great drinks and run a exceptional bar. These guys are some of the best in the game. Hospitality is their forte. One of the best experiences I've had recently thank you gentlemen.
