We are from az and we go buffalo wild wings all the time.. so we know good service at BW.They were very under staff. The bartender apologize for being under staff and the bad service.

I placed an online order and never received a text that it was ready. Waited 40 minutes and finally went in and asked about my order and they said that they couldn’t find it. I showed them my online order confirmation and receipt and they still said they couldn’t find it and couldn’t do anything for me. I left with a refund but no food. Not even for all the time I had to wait. Never coming to this location again.

Bad experience. The person who took my order had a whole attitude.. I waited an 1 hour for my food and to get back home and fries was old and chicken wings was dry and taste old. All to wait an hour and you would of thought all the food would have been fresh waiting that long...bad
Remind the company rules again to your staff who claim to be cooking and waiting for dignity by shouting left and right, Uber and DoorDash service people represent your customers and try to deliver their meals on time, but if you continue to hire unskilled staff, your company will lose customers.

Terrible service. We went there 2 years ago and the service was so bad we waited until tonight to return. Slow... slow service. Waitress was rude and inattentive. I even had to get up and go find one of our drinks waiting at the bar to be delivered. I've never left a 5% tip before, but tonight I had to.
I ordered through Grubhub and twice grubhub canceled my order but I had spoke to the restaurant about it and they had made my order and sent it with the driver. There was a lot of issues on the other side of it that BWW had no control over and we had to end up driving to the restaurant to get our food. I spoke with Lexy multiple times on the phone and she was the one who gave the food to us at pickup. She was honestly the nicest and most helpful person during such a frustrating time with Grubhub(and the driver taking our first order). Lexy went above and beyond with her customer service.

I used to order from here quite a bit, today will be the last. My wings were SO dry and hard...and somehow the sauce was dried on like they were made hours prior.....they were atrocious, I don't even know how anyone looked at those wings and said yes this is an acceptable order....I also got no celery or carrots and I also didn't get the ranch dipping sauce so basically half my order was missing, how hard is it to read a receipt and fulfill what it says? Nuts.
