Worst experience at any Outback I have ever been to. From the moment we sat down. No menus or utensils had to ask for them. Food took an hour for an incomplete order. 20 minutes later we get the Mac and cheese for the kids. Shared my concerns with the manager who could apparently care less.

I will be honest it is a nice restaurant and the staff is nice ? but I was expecting more . Maybe my expectations were a bit to high but on the surface this place looks good and the staff is great but they made alot of mistakes while I was there . I ordered the steak ? and bake potatoes ? and had a salad ?. My salad had a rotten piece of lettuce in it . It was brown and disgusting ?. My waitress was nice but barely came to check on me I had to constantly look for her when I needed something . When I told the manger thst there was a rotten piece of lettuce in my salad and that I will be putting this in my review she looked angry ? and insulted and frustrated. I am only stating the truth of what happened . The restrooms ? were a mess . They need to be cleaned more . This restaurant needs to focus on the details . That makes for a nice e dining room experience. I also checked online which gave details of the options under the special.Any who, my family was in town visiting and I thought it would be a great idea, who wants to spend all your vacation money on food.I asked our waitress about the special, I’ve seen for a week or so, on television. Amber states: “oh that’s a lunch special it’s not for dinner.” Ok, may be I made a mistake. Ordered for hubby and I. I checked on the internet again, nothing, I see nothing about a lunch special. I have since seen this advertisement online every evening since this day, still nothing about a lunch specials. 3 course meal, appetizer, entree and dessert. I need to know Outback, what’s up???The food was great. Between us, we had drinks, appetizers and entrees. The mushrooms where great, fried mushrooms, blooming onion, steak and baked potato, blooming chicken, grilled shrimp entree, boomerang drinks and an old fashion. See pictures. Forgot to take pictures of the entrees trust they were all good.The waitress was friendly and engaging. The restaurant was clean even the bathroom. Hubby and I spent about $70 including tip.Parking: Open lot in a shopping center
