Terrible food very poor quality as well they forgot my Krab Rangoon sadly had to give the heads up if don’t want to waste your $$Rolls were warm dry and not tasty at all. Wasabi seemed like water down as well as the miso soup.

I pay the tip twice. It was completely my fault as I did not correctly asked if the service gratuity and the tip is the same thing, so I pay it both. But they see me doubting and they did not rush for an explanation. As I say my fault, but I feel not happy on this

Most wonderful service and wonderful food. Pho, Bibimbap, Cantonese style chow mein. Unbelievably delicious!!!!
Our server was an older lady and from the minute we sat down she had a horrible attitude and was in a bad mood until the minute we left. She wrote absolutely nothing down for our orders and then kept constantly forgetting things we asked her for and then would argue back that we had never ordered them. One specific roll we ordered she had stated that it was deep fried and when it was brought out she claimed she never said that, everyone heard her confirm it was deep fried though. All the plates of rice for everyone came out cold and we had to send them back to be heated. We also had one person receive their sushi after everyone was nearly done eating… again because she kept forgetting things we ordered or asked for. At some point we asked for a manager and they said they had no manager on site. When we stated our frustration to her, her attitude became worse and at some point even threw our straws on the table. She completely ruined the dine in experience for us and It was frustrating altogether. We have been coming here for years and have ate here plenty of times so why are very shocked to have received this type of service. Truly disappointing.
