Maggie Mae's Ice Cream Shop

My family met our homeschool group here for a back to school ice cream social and our experience was amazing! The staff was friendly and patient with our large group. We tried the Cherry Almond, Chocolate and Cookies n Cream ice cream flavors, and they were all delicious! I think the best part of the experience was getting to watch them make the ice cream as ordered! The kids loved it! Very cool shop.

What a unique experience!!We not only had amazing tasting treats, we also had an impromptu science lesson! As we waited for our delectable creations, we discussed how the ice cream was being made right before our eyes. Definitely recommend.

Oh my goodness! I'm on special diets, due to health restrictions. I haven't been able to have ice cream in DECADES!!! She makes every serving individually!!! I have to have vegan, sugar free, gluten free, caffeine free ice cream, or I can't have it at all. She makes it for me! And it is delicious! Every item she makes is made on the spot, and is wonderful!!!

Drove 20 minutes from Haines City. Arrived at 6pm to find them closed when their hours say they don't close until 8pm. Nothing on their page about closing early.

This is a really cool place in a small town. They actually make the ice cream in front of you using liquid nitrogen. It’s really something to watch an ice cream is absolutely delicious. We went there after we ate at the seafood place across the street. I think it’s all the same family. Everybody is so friendly and inviting. It’s good to be in Lake Wales

The ice cream are so good, I tried the buttercan and monte sith chocolate chio. Also, they have sugar free and no daisy variety of flavors. The service was excellent
