Visited this place today with my Son he wanted pepperoni nuggets we waited online for approximately 12 minutes the usual once at the register my son ordered I was going to order my usual sugar & cinnamon nuggets but after seeing the worker handling the food without gloves and saw the nuggets touched her ands as she was putting them in the warmer with the rest of the nuggets the nuggets was rubbing against her hands that was the first issue secondly my son asked for pepperoni nuggets cashier stated it would be a 15 minute wait we said fine my son really wanted them so we were willing to wait she stated wait on the side , no problem we waited patiently once they were ready I moved a bit closer to the register which I was standing on the side right next to the register we made eye contact the worker Jay made eye contact with me as well now I’m in front of the register Jay approached the register and says you have to get back online , what in the world why do I have to get back on line for my order that you told me to wait on the side this makes no sense mind you the line was a long one again, I already waited online for 12 minutes waited 15 minutes for them to make it and now you’re telling me I have to go back on line which I didn’t how would I know if I did get back online and get to the register and there wasn’t anymore because the customers before me bought them so now what wait another 15 minutes for them to make them again you see where I’m going with this how many times must I wait online for some dang pepperoni nuggets please train your workers or fix your policy bottom line I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AUNT ANNNIE AT LAKELAND MALL EVER AGAIN..NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ..

If you love to eat pretzels, this is the place to go. The dips are delicious as well and during the holidays they have special drinks for a limited time that taste delicious. Workers are very nice and friendly.

Have tried this location several times hoping for better luck. Every experience has been disappointing. I've purchased the pretzel bites that taste like they're 3 days old. They never have regular pretzels. They told me the best way to get the regular pretzels is to order and pay online. Yesterday I ordered and paid online and scheduled pickup for 3hrs later. When I got there to pickup I was told sorry we haven't gotten to your order yet. I demanded a refund for my online pay. This place needs new management!!!

Are these pretzels deep fried now? The nuggets were soaked in oil. I used 3 napkins just for the grease. I am a loyalty member but I will not be coming back.

I went here today and was treated so bad by this racist name Amber!!!! I Asked for a small cup of cinnamon pretzels she told me I had to wait because she didn’t want to waste any and they had just came out the oven. As i was walking off she started talking about me to another white gentleman so i asked her her name she then said her name was amber and she don’t care about me asking for her name. As I walked off again she started talking more smack about me. She should be fired ASAP.

What's the point of wearing a mask if it's not worn properly? Here March 27, 2021 at 5:10PM, all 3 employees are breathing on top of the food. 2 of them have there noses completely out, and the 3rd one has hers on under her chin. This is completely unacceptable for the food industry during this time that we are in.
