Bianca's Bakery is fantastic!! She made us beautiful cupcakes for my granddaughters class at school and is now making her an Unicorn cake for her birthday party!! Total praise and Thank You to Bianca's!!!

This place is the hidden gem of the Lakeland FL area. Perfect place to stop in for a sandwich and coffee.Also try her special Ice tea. Imaculate, charming decor, Bianca is super friendly. But thereal treat is that she is a artist at cake design. See her website you won't believe it. Best Tres Leche cake you ever had I promise you. Her deserts art pure art, but she also does Peruvian cooking and Empanadas by request. she holds regular regular cooking classes as she is Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. She does events and High Teas. You will not be disappointed.

After reading all the great reviews about Bianca, I tried it while I was visiting Lakeland. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a crossisant with potato salad and it was delicious and really fresh tasting. I also had a slice of her strawberry cake and it was good too. I cook and bake a lot at home so I'm a little more particular with my cakes. The cafe was slow so we had a delightful conversation along with my great meal. If I ever come back to Lakeland, I will definitely visit again. She's a delightful person and a great chef. I drove 10 miles from where I was staying to visit this place and it was definitely worth it.

The centerpiece cake and smash cake for my daughters first birthday came 2 1/2 hours late. When it arrived it was completely lopsided and looked horrible. She blamed it on “speed bumpsâ€. It was 1 hour before the party so I had no choice but to use it. Would not recommend this bakery for professional cakes.

Smash cake for my neices 1yr birthday party came out lopsided and leaning. It looked okay decoration-wise, but the top was tilted at about a 30° angle to one side when it was supposed to be small round and flat. When brought to thier attention they dismissed it and seemed to be okay with it.

I wouldn't even give this place one star but obviously it's as low as it would allow. Me and my fiance purchased a cake from her for our wedding. She never showed with the cake, we called all day long and could not get her to answer, when we finally got an answer all she could tell us was she had us down for the following Saturday but all of our paper work and receipt said it was for the right day. Obviously I was torn to not have a cake at my wedding. This business is beyond unprofessional, do not count on her, especially for an occasion such as a wedding, I will never be able to go back in time and do the day over.
Wouldn't even rate as one star. Had my sisters wedding (Courtney Snell) on nov 4th. Courtney had prior arrangements to have the cake set up to be delivered that day and time! NEVER SHOWED UP WITH THE WEDDING CAKE. I PERSONALLY called lady probably 50 times. The next day she FINALLY answered and said she had the date for the following Saturday. I was furious, she only offered to make Courtney another cake & return the money. Obviously nothing can take back the fact my sister didn't have a wedding cake on her wedding day. Glad the s'mores were good. Following the fact that she did get the small replacement cake - it was NASTY AF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.

we just by chance found Biancas bakery.. We are new to the area. I was looking for a sweet 16 cake. Bianca sat us down and went over all the details.. how we wanted it to look like.. cake flavor. When we came to pick up the cake on the day of the party.. I was in awe of the sight of this beautiful cake she made.. everything she said she would do.. she did.. At the party everyone was raving about the taste of the cake and where we got it.. it was so moist.. we had a red velvet cake made.. I would definitely recommend Bianca to all my family and friends.. she will for sure get our business again

Called ahead asked of they had Cuban Sandwiches. Was told YES, drove from South Lakeland got here at 130 was told they close at 2 and they don't have any. Sign on door says open until 430. Brought this to the attention of the OWNER.. was told not to be mean. Never coming here again. First and last attempt. By the other reviews below this place has bad business practices

Took money for wedding cake, made arrangements for cake to be delivered at 2:00 for wedding that started at 4:30. Cake never showed up to the wedding. Bride mom tried to call multiple time never answered the phone. Bride wound up not having cake. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
