I just ordered food and picked up and my meal was completely wrong. I ordered penne primavera and it has no tomatoes in it. No basil which are my favorite parts of pasta primavera. And it’s tossed in marina sauce. Which should be stated on the menu. I was looking forward to trying this place as I have heard good things. But I will not be returning. As I called and they wouldn’t do anything about it unless I came back. I worked 10 hours today and drove 20 minutes to get the food. The last thing I want to do is drive back when I’m starving. In my opinion as being in customer service business I would have offered to deliver the food correctly. But nothing was offered so I just wasted 40$ at this place. And I will also be sharing my experience with my 26 coworkers.

I can't believe that Champinos actually delivered this as an 18" pizza. So last night we get "this" for our pizza,Ordered via BiteSquad place the order at 4:54 for 7pm, order doesn't get here till near 7:30 and the driver was standing there for 20mins waiting. I ordered an 18" pie, I'm attaching a photo, look at this thing, would you open the box and eat this? Disgusting, slathered in hunks of grease, and the size? That blue plate is 11" and that box is for an 18" inch pie, notice something? This pizza is not even CLOSE to being an 18" pie! Needless to say, it tasted as good as it looked. I used to go to this restaurant all the time until it went downhill service wise, sadly they were the only pizza place for delivery on Bite Squad on Monday and had to go with them. Our last order from them was just as shabby, they didn't even put the side salads in a bag, no breadsticks as come with every meal, not even salad dressing and it was late!

The food here is absolutely amazing never disappointed always full. Service is great people are friendly. Doesn't matter if you're in outer town or a local they treat you the same great place to go and relax and just stuff yourself with great Italian food

The food was bad and the manager got mad at us for saying we didn't like it and did not want to take the food to go. We were gonna pay for the bill bit the food had expired dressing and tasted horrible. This isn't the first time we got bad food here. We will not go back

We have been going here for pizza every Friday for the last 5 years and have had no complaints. However for the last three weeks the quality and taste of the pizza has really declined. Sauce isn't tasty, old pizza dough. It's no better than a fast food pizza place, ie Papa John, etc. Really disappointed.

I have ordered from here for years and the service has always been slow. We accepted that as part of a small business but tonight our patronage has ended. We ordered over the phone and were told 35 minutes. When we went to pick it up were told 10 more minutes. We waited another hour and still had no food and no time frame! The owner was laughing at the situation and 4 others waiting cancelled and left. This was not the first time we have waited but this time was beyond acceptable. I'm sad to write a bad review for a local small business but the owner needs to make some serious changes and check his attitude and communication with his customers. We will not be going back.
Amazing pizza! If I could afford to eat their daily, I would. All in all well worth the money. We haven't eaten inside, it is in a great shopping center but with kids I'm more inclined to order togo. I do wished they'd deliver.

Although it was some time ago that I took my family there to eat, I still remember the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great as well as the service! My daughter and I had a coupon so it was our first visit. Someday we will go back!
