The place was very clean and tasty but unfortunately I got food poisoning. I know it was the sushi roll because my son and I got the same plates and he’s fine but I was the only one that ate sushi.

They over charged me and my two friends. The price you put on the ticket is what we are supposed to pay not what you want to charge us. And charging more if you waste food I didn’t but I seen a sigh about it. ?

Just ordered the steak Hibachi last night and the steak was tiny pieces of fat. It was almost like they used the leftover trimmings to make my order. Was very disappointed.
Delicious fast Japanese food. Totally unexpectedly yummy. We do eat plant-based so next time we just ask for no egg on the fried rice. Not sure, but the hibachi seem to have a little bag in it as wellVegetarian options: Just ask about leaving egg off. I didn't ask about fish sauce so I can't say for sure dishes are vegan.

I ordered my food from DoorDash. Food was cold and was delivered by DoorDash quickly I had no sauce in the bag or silverware or napkins when on my order it specified it was a buiness . I called and spoke to the assistant manager in training explained and she just laughed at me and said they didn’t put chop sticks in the bag for you …. I called back this morning to speak to the quote manager. I explained that everything that happened she just kept repeating over and over call DoorDash when I explained that it’s not there fault all my things weren’t in the bag she said get a manager on the phone they will refund you I stated to her I had been on the phone for the last hour with DoorDash and could she help me out by calling them she just YELLED NO several times into the phone…. I told her what am I supposed to do as a customer she said I don’t know not our problem call DoorDash so I asked her for corporates number she stated that it’s only one guy in cooperate and that he’s in the hospital and no one will answer your calls . She resorted herself over and over until I told her I’m not a literate I understand what your saying but you only have one person in corporate she said yup and hung up the phone on me. The number she provided me for cooperate is not the correct number it goes to a retirement home. Could the owner or actual manager follow up and help me with this situation. Coming from a service industry I’ve never had a grown women act like this or treat me this way. When I asked the managers name she said Fiji I asked Gigi ? She said yup to both ? Idk what else to do as a customer
