Why have a drive thru if all you’re going to do is tell me to park and wait on my food. I think it’s the dumbest thing ever. It’s the fact you guys are so worried about drive thru time that you say screw the customers time. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve seen pull cars out of a line and park them to make them wait on their food. Do better and hire people who want to run the food!!!!!

The manager Kristen makes this McDonald's the best in Lakeland. I go there often for morning coffee and a sandwich. Foid is always goid and Kristen quickly and nicely corrects any problems.

They tricked me ! It looked like there wasn’t a line , but after you pay they ask you to park so u don’t mess up their time . Theirs six parked cars .. now seven . I wouldn’t have stopped for my one little sandwich if I realized the traffic.
