Definitely fraud activity going on at this store and also the Gm (TANISHA) is affiliated with criminal activity & her spouse is a drug lord so pretty soon they will get raided ! LPD and sheriff need to investigate her

We should all just boycott McDonald’s. Maybe that’ll make them do better and be better with their food, service and atmosphere.I ordered on the mobile app to pick up from the drive thru. Got to the first window and asked the girl there if it was possible to get a side of Big Mac sauce and she said it’ll be .25 cents. I said that it was fine because it doesn’t give me an option online to add it otherwise I would have. Paid for that and moved up to the second window. I was handed my drinks and the girl there asked me to move up to the 3rd window. I waited there for 15 minutes before another girl handed me my food. She closed the window sooooo fast! I started to check my food to make sure everything was correct and there. I was missing the Big Mac sauce so I pull up in the curbside spot and walk in with receipts and food. I opened all the sandwiches at the front counter and my son’s double hamburger only had 1 patty on it. I’m sorry, but if you’re going to charge me extra for a sauce then you need to make sure you’re making your sandwiches correctly. They were neglecting the front counter of course. I had to basically yell out to them for help to fix the sandwich. No apology was made whatsoever. There was a guy in a green vest that was on his phone the whole time outside and inside in front of customers. This place sucks, the food sucks, customer service sucks etc. LET’S BOYCOTT MCDONALDS

Make sure you get a receipt and check it. Some employees will over charge and not give you a receipt. If you ask for a receipt they say I will bring it to you with the food and then they don't. They overcharged by ¹0$ and probably pocket it. Be careful when dining

I gave them two stars because they got my order correct but each person I dealt with while in the drive-through was very rude couldn’t greet me could not say hello or thank you or when I thank them they could not say you’re welcome or even look at me in the face or anything at all it was just just stick the food out the window in my face to get me to know I need to take it no words

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The guy at drive thru was rushing through the order and there was no one there but me, and 1 other car on the other side, he got my order wrong after repeating myself 6 times (no over exaggeration Plain Mcchicken Add Mac sauce and cheese not that complicated!!! they still managed to fudge that up) my niece ordered a McFlurry and they gave it to her half empty with no Oreo crumbs. The girl handing the order out the window was also so rude! Then they had us park up to the 3rd window for a frappe and took over 15 mins to get just that…just way too Horrible!!!!
