Was in the area looking for lunch and found this gem. The food was excellent with one caveat. I got the Philli steak and cheese and it was hot, fresh, tasted great. There was plenty of steak, veggies and cheese. The only issue I had was the bread it’s served on. It’s very fresh but it broke apart on the first bite and every bite after it just broke apart more. After 3-4 bites, it was no longer a sandwich, I basically had to eat it with the fork provided. I think a heartier bread would have helped. I prefer a sandwich that I don’t need a fork and knife to eat and a stack of napkins. Having said that, I would absolutely eat there again. I’d try a different sandwich next time. The casual atmosphere was pleasant and the service was fast and friendly and the wait was minimal. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it tasted great and the portions were very generous. The cost was very economical which was a pleasant surprise.

Went there for the 1st time after work and got the Traditional Cuban. 1st impression is important and you did not disappoint! That Cuban was delicious! I will be back for sure. I can't wait to try more from menu.

Had a roast beef on pressed Cuban bread that was very good. Best potato salad I've ever had. Very good Black beans and rice French fries are hot and fresh. This place makes great sandwiches but they have other choices also. They are friendly and fast too. Prices are reasonable.

Do you remember those stories your parents or grandparents told you? Stories where they used to walk in to certain places and they were treated like family? That's Sandwich Factory in a nutshell. The food is amazing, the staff really does treat you like family, the service is quick and the atmosphere has a down home diner feel to it.
When I walk in they automatically know my order and all I really have to do is pay. They know what I do for a living, they know about my family, they pay attention to you and about you.
I'm telling you, take a chance on this place. You won't regret it. I love this family and their restaurant.
