Had to throw out 2 spring rolls. The inside was a pudding type,consistency,white in color that oozed out when biting. It looked and tasted like overcooked to the point of liquifying nothing but bean sprouts. Almost scary. I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. It was beyond garbage.Vegetarian options: Don't order.

I might have given an additional star if they would have actually put the sweet and sour sauce on the order. Now it’s just pork.You have one job and you can’t add the sauce to the sweet & sour pork order!?I appreciate you wanting to give me a “credit” on my next order rather than delivering the sauce you forgot to put on only a few blocks away.Your fortune reads, “There won’t be a next order.”How extremely ridiculous!

If you order delivery, please take the time to go/see where your food is being prepared. The most unhygienic restaurant I have every been in. Dust hanging from the ceiling, no handwash stations visible in the food prep area/kithen. Staff touching money/credit cards through a plexi glass/card board drop slot. Staff then preparing food with unwashed hands/no gloves. China 1 was my go to for many years, hopefully for thier sake it is just new owners that need to get it together.

Sorry to say - not very good. I couldn't eat the cashew chicken - too sweet, thick sauce and not good. Wonton soup looked like water with yellow dye in it. I eat Chinese all the time but this is first and last visit.

They have the best fried pork dumplings I've ever had. I went there a couple days in a row and the were closed on the last day of my visit. I wish China 1 was in the city where I live.
