been going here for twenty plus years,slowest drivethru ive ever seen. the worst thing about this location is the older lady with the gravely voice that always asks you to look at the menu as she can only process one order at a time. i dont need to look at the menu i order the same thing every day,just a stalling technique. now add that she ALWAYS changes what i drink,the size and the cream and sugar are literally changed on the receipt from what she repeats back over the speaker. i have resorted to going inside and this morning i watched her make my bagel and got to work and she screwed me again. get rid of the employee that cant do the job quite simply,i know im not the only customer getting the wrong stuff and we cant turn around and come back at our expense. find a better location to deal with. any manager that wants to see how a dunkin should be run should check out the morning crew at gandy and manhattan in south tampa! that location is beyond efficient and very friendly with no attitudes. let me add that this review is isolated to the ONE employee that always disappoints,i dont have this issue with the rest of the morning crew.

Asked for an ice cream and they gived me the wrong one. When she ( Lena) got me what I asked for it was still wrong, and she had an actitud. Plus I was charged for 3 orders of ice ceam. The worse costumes service ever. Stay away!!!

We went through the drive thru at around 12:30pm on a Saturday. There was no one in the drive thru.We were unsure what to get, but knew we wanted something iced.The two employees working were incredibly friendly and both made drink suggestions. They made the drive thru experience fun.We ended up going with an iced chai tea latte. They were DELICIOUS!10/10 service and drinks. We would definitely recommend this Dunkin location.
My mom and I arrived at 8:50 pm on a Friday night after having our beloved cat euthanized. Unbeknownst to either one of us, this location closes at 9 pm. My mom and I were in desperate need of a quick source of sugar to keep us awake as we had to travel back to Holiday after being devastated. The creepy employee stepped out and informed us that he was closing up shop for the night. All we wanted were 2 lousy donuts for a rapid source of sugar. That was not to be. One other note: there was a disgusting man who seemed either intoxicated or high hanging outside this location. It was a strange, disappointing and scary experience.

5/22/2023 Got there at 1:15pm from another Dunkin a mile away that was short on donuts. . The donuts had not been replenished from the morning sales. Half the racks empty and the put the remaining racks had more than the last Dunkin.. Ahead of me was one person with a large order plus a line of cars at the window. While only two mile from my home only went here because the superior Frays Donuts is closed on Mondays.
