I been to this location multiple times and have seen them put chairs blocking the drive thru even though they're open. Yesterday I went there SURPRISE chairs in the drive thru again. I went inside knowing they were open, we overheard the workers complaining that an online order had come through and they " thought they had shut it off". Now I could understand if something is wrong with their website or online ordering for the need to shut this off but judging that there's four male workers inside just hanging out and chairs blocking the drive thru.. it's pretty obvious what's happening here.

Often have the drive thru closed or the inside closed for "reasons". Today the drive thru was closed with two chairs and when I went to the door was told "we're doing drive-thru only"..... After chairs were moved by an employe, I sat at speaker for 5 minutes waiting for order to be taken.

I requested (twice) beef and broccoli with double beef only. I clarified I did not want double broccoli, just double beef. They said okay and brushed it off. This is what I get..the lady at the window was super nice but im on a regimen and have to have a certain oz of meat…this didn’t even meet half of it. 2.7 oz to be exact. Is a regular portion of beef less than 1.5 oz?? Wild.

I recently went to the Panda Express on Eastbay drive in largo and I have to say the experience wasn't to bad but definitely could have been better like I got 2 large drinks and there was no ice in the drink machine so I had to wait for someone to free up to go get ice from the back. Also I got the bigger plate special and the server put my broccoli and beef in this Little cardboard box and all the juice spilled out all over the rest of the food , napkins dropped nos,etc that was also going n the bag, so if you end up getting the bigger plate special see if they can put that box in another small bag for ya cause it makes a greasy mess. But regardless of that I'm giving the place 5 stars the staff was curtious and I know the box spilling was not there intention plus the food is really great I just wish they stayed open a lil later on week days. The place was very clean, lots of parking and it's in a plaza with a cvs, McDonald's and a bunch of other stores Incase you need other things as well. Also on a side note the drive thru was packed but got cleared pretty quickly so that's always a plus, but for me there's so many choices of food to pick from I like to go inside so I can see it personally to make a better choice and I will definitely be going here again. I hope this post was helpful.Parking: If your going to lunch there sometimes parking is a lil crowded by the restaurant so I'll park more in the plaza and walk up plus it helps with an easy escape so I don't get stuck behind traffice that's leaveing the drive thru .

First time eating at any Panda's Express. I chose the orange chicken and a beef entrée with rice and a drink and I believe the total was less than $10. Service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and appetizing although not as hot as I like. The night we went, we ate in. We had to ask for napkins because the dispenser was empty and the ice machine was either empty or not working. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of free parking. I will return but for Take-out and reheat food at home.

Just left there after spending over $50.00 on food. Got home and order was wrong had fried rice instead of noodles. Which wasn't really a big deal. All the rice was under cooked and crunchy all the entrees we're cold and soggy. This Panda started off pretty consistent. Last year or so gone it's slowly gone down hill.I wouldn't normally leave a one star being a pretty fair and understanding person, but after this make third trip in a few weeks of poor quality customer service. Panda has great recipes and is great when they are done with some what care.

Terrible they served me poorly cooked raw rice, I went to complain and they changed it for noodles or spaghetti worse than rice, I will never return to this place the employees are trying hard to make the store go bankrupt

Lots of complaining from people expecting this to be a 5 star restaurant.This Panda is fantastic. Yes, they're out of food sometimes late in the night and they close the lobby earlier because they're short staffed (as everyone is), but the food is always good and the service is always pleasant.Don't listen to the Karens reviewing this place. It's a good spot unless you're the type of person to come in 30 minutes to close and expect a full spread to be available.

I’ve eaten at this Panda on three different occasions now. Every single time the drive thru is unimaginably slow. This place has a severe management issue. I thought it may have been an employee shortage but it’s taken an hour for a small order now and I see at least 5 workers running around minimum…
I’ve gotten dinner 5+ times now and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is fantastic and the people who work there are wonderful, couldn’t recommend it more.

No tofu in miso soup. No vegetables in mushy egg fried rice. Barely any egg. The spring rolls were the size of my thumb, 6$ huge ripoff.

I have ordered here before and I got delivery. I remember it being so good, so I called this place up and they said they do not do delivery. Ok.. so we decided to dine in. This was about 445pm and nobody else was in the restaurant. The portions we got were so small. The appetizer we got, which was calamari was only 12 rings on top of some lettuce. I ordered the hot and juicy lo mein. which had a variety of seafood. I found a few pieces. Anyhow, we cleaned our plates and I am still hungry. It does not take a lot to fill me up. On the way out. I see all this advertisement on the door, and on the billboard for delivery. I’m not mad. I’m just sad because this place used to be so good in food. ??
