Haven't been to Popeyes in a while, was looking forward to it. Get there at 9:30PM, well before the 11PM close time today (Monday April 1st) and absolutely nobody is there. Tried calling the other one on Missouri and the phone just goes BEEP, BEEP, BEEP. Easter was yesterday, april fools isn't a holiday. Why bother having open hours if you aren't open during those hours?

Waiting in drive thru line 20 minutes for some to tell me to pull up to the window. After waiting 10 more minutes for someone to come to the window I pulled out of the line to go inside. When I went to go inside the door was locked. I called the store and they wouldn't answer the phone. Ridiculous

The food is fine. But their drive through that's supposed to be open after 10 has no one at it or any of the windows. They'll let you place an online order and there's people in the store but they must just not feel like taking any orders. Every time I try this one it's a trial of patience and making me wait 20 minutes or they're out of something, or they aren't at the window taking orders. They are just mismanaged and don't care

Food was great however our order was a little complicated so when we were talking with the cashier up front to get the order completed, the general manager yelled at me and my girlfriend "Don't talk to her [Cashier]". A rude general manager instantly ruins any experience. Would not come back here again.
One star to post. Walked in waited, guess white people don't get served. Totally ignored for over 5 minutes, even after making eye contact. Finally some one comes to counter says to the man waiting be just a minute for your food then she walks away. Finally walked

I can't give them zero stars but they should get it because they are never open for me to get food there.. have had multiple DoorDash orders or trips to there drive thru canceled because they are "closed at this time"

Ordered online 2 orders of chicken tenders and 2 orders of fries for my sons and disappointment when I got there to pickup my order said there fryer wasn’t working so she couldn’t make the fries due to the fryers not working but the tenders were ready! That doesn’t really make any sense don’t you fry tenders? She asked if I wanted any other sides? My sons don’t like any other sides! So I told her to just give me Mac and cheese and mash with gravy! When I got home there was 2 Mac and cheese and no mash with gravy, and the Mac and cheese was like jello and not edible! Wasn’t even warm! Will not be back to this location!

The drive through was not working comcall.My I went Inside and was waited on quickly. The chicken I ordered was correct but I did not get the sides.I ordered I went on my way home from work. So it was not advantageous for me to go back to get the correct food. I was disappointed.
