Workers are fast and accurate. Food is amazing ?. Place is always clean. Keep in mind they will be moving to another location 1850 Drew St. Clearwater FL. Which is awesome because they will be much closer to my ?.

Last day at East Bay location, wings ok, pulled pork good but look out for bones, ribs were terrible. Bark so thick, could not bite through. Alot of grissle and fat. Asked several times for hot bbq sauce, got sweet. Moving to Drew St. Skip the ribs.

Today 11/20/21 around 4:30 I stop to order a combo and nachos this is my first disappointment with my food. I have never received such black burnt ribs ever the sauce could not cover up the burntness. I had to throw away the meat. Pandemic has been a beast but when I choose to spend a little money on takeout food and to spend with a business to only end up throwing a way my food is not good. So may not return again for awhile. Cook at home is best save my money ?

Best ribs in Clearwater/ Largo! HANDS DOWN! I order a full slab on a weekly basis.I absolutely love this dang place. These ribs are legit toP 3 I’ve ever had in my 30+ years of life and travels through Alabama/ Florida/ Georgia/ Kentucky and all the east coast to NY

We ordered nachos with pork on the chips. Asked for japs/sour cream/cheese on side. I guess cheese, pork, sour cream, and japs were all mixed together. I called up and Mackenzie said that’s how you ordered them. Then again she said you ordered chip on side only. I guess customer always wrong. The ribs use to be good. They were tough and mac n cheese was dry. Sad. We used to love it here.

We tried Rib Shack for the first time today and it was great. The greens were the best I've had in a while with a nice smokey heat the ribs had a nice flavor also and I would recommend trying. Definitely going back

Best ribs in town!! It falls off the bone good . The sides are okay, but the ribs are the best I've found in Florida (sorry Texas is still better )
Very great food. Place does not look like much from outside but definitely you have to try the ribs, the chicken and the sausage. Thry smoke meats in a huge smoker for hours. Oh it's so delicious and tender. We did take away but you can eat there too. Thry also serve beer and soft drinks. Well worth a visit. I will return!!!

Since moving this place HAS FELL ALL THE WAY OFF!Stay clear”””” it’s old dried out reheated food! However they do prepare fresh meat for their catering gigs but to an average Joe you can forget about a decent fresh meal! The sides are a joke especially the Mac n Cheese which is just noodle with one layer of cheese on top as in like a child prepared it! The sauce has been changed several times! This place is going downhill and fast! They just don’t seem to care about consistency or the average customer! The service and food was so much better in that old run down hot box of a restaurant they use to have! Seems now since moving into the new place the everything died with that old building! I’ve given numerous tries and done now with this place! Stick a fork in it!!! Back to my own grill I go!!!! What a shame !!!!!

After a mishap with our order last night, Cindy the manager, rectified it by replacing our whole order. The food was FANTASTIC and we will definitely be back. Thanks Cindy for being so pleasant.
