Overrated place, in my opinion. Not the 4.7 star for sure. Worth 3.5 max.And again it my opinion, someone can think different. Maybe because I am from PNW, we have way better sushi. Also overprice for such small portion.

This is a nice hole in the wall sushi bar. The rolls never disappoint and the staff is always friendly. If you are in the area looking for sushi stop in and enjoy.

Unreal and unacceptable. My husband and I went out early tonight to grab a few rolls and drinks for Happy Hour. We received the bill and total did not reflect Happy Hour prices. We called waitress back over, as the sign on table clearly states Sun-Thurs Happy Hour Price Rolls $5 & Drinks $3-$5. The waitress states well we do not give Happy Hour prices on holidays. So we state to her, since when is Valentine's Day a real holiday and why are these signs still on the table, maybe these should be removed and stated otherwise. She grabs sign off the table and does not honor happy hour prices. You have lost us as customers and we will not be returning to your establishment. I will be sure to tell my local friends and family, as well.

First time patronizing this place. Sushi was decent but takeout presentation is very unappetizing.

I'm honest. I'm skeptical of trying new places that are serving raw fish and have very few reviews. Sushi is my favorite food and I could live on it forever. This place has been open for a year, maybe two and I haven't tried it yet. So I make the jump and say ok. I try to order an appetizer however I ask for something to be added. She says it cannot because it has already been pre-made. BAM! The first moment I should have listened to my sushi instincts. Moving on hoping that the sushi was better I order a basic California roll and a Florida roll to be on the safe side. It took 15 or less to pick it up. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed with sushi. Saying that grocery store sushi is above this place is a pretty big deal. To start off I'm glad I didn't order any specialty rolls. The tuna looked grayish and you could tell it was not fresh. The avocado was browned already, wasabi was stale and not spicy leaving me to think how long have they had it for, and spicy Mayo was just not how it was supposed to taste. Needless to say it went right in the trash bin. Overall I'm just glad I did not get ill.

Rolls were decent, however nothing spectacular. We are from a small area within Pennsylvania and there’s better sushi there than at this place. The lobster roll was most disappointing- $22 and it was definitely imitation. Wanted to love it but didn’t. 5 speciality rolls and 2 basic rolls for $97. We don’t mind paying good money for sushi, but this was subpar. Where’s everyone getting sushi in Indian Rocks/Largo?

The server stayed and talked with us, showed us cool vids of a tornado on her phone and was very polite. VERY affordable and delicious I ordered to Philly sushi and it was SO yummy (that's what's in the pic below) looked very clean, cooked right in front of you, and it was semi empty so it was peaceful but little bits of talking here and there. Had tvs, smelled nice, beautiful decor. Very underrated and the best sushi restaurant I've ever eaten at!

This was seriously THE best spot we have found for tasty and creative sushi in Tampa Bay. Incredible, super friendly service from Shannon our server and amazing creations from their chef, Kinji After we ordered our usual Sweet Potato Tempura roll and Vegetarian Dragon Roll, Shannon returned to our table to ask if we were all vegetarians and if we had any specific items that we did not like or could not eat. She shared that the chef wanted to make us something special. What she returned with was DEFINITELY special... and one of the best tasting rolls we have ever had. It consisted of a light spring mix, cucumber, carrots, and avocado wrapped in rice paper and topped with seaweed salad, fried onions and ponzu sauce. We told Kinji that he must add this to the menu as it was extraordinary. If he doesn't add it before you get there, just ask for it and tell him Keith T. sent you. We were so impressed by this nice touch and so thankful that Kinji surprised us with another roll... this time it was a spicy avocado roll. Very unique look and flavor and perfect for us cuz we likes 'em HOT!!! If you are anywhere close to Indian Rocks Beach, you must stop in and enjoy the same wonderful food and hospitality that we did. We will be back!!!

Love this place for dining in or taking out. Service is fast and friendly. I mainly get sushi and always try something new, it's all tasty. Recently tried a ramen bowl and it was great too!

We stopped in last night based on the other reviews. We each had different rolls as well as splitting an appetizer. We all agreed the rolls were average at best. I wouldn't recommend it.
