I have never been to that old school of a Tijuana Flats before. The food was great. It was bigger than most so it wasn't as noisy. The staff was very kind. Everything was clean.

When ordering, I asked the girl a question, and rather than listening to what i asked and then answering, she just said yep and then ended up charging me extra for something that I didn't want. She could care less when I brought it up to her. Then our food came out. Flats has always been a favorite restaurant of mine over in Orlando. So, when we picked where to go eat for birthday, we don't go eat out much, I chose this place. I couldn't have been anymore disappointed in the quality of the food. Both the beed and chicken chimichangas that used to be the same size as the burrito came out 1/3 of the size of the burrito. Then the chicken was so hard and dry that it hurt to eat. You can tell whoever was in the chicken just made a batch of chicken and let it sit on the grill until it was needed. I don't think a dog would have eaten or could have eaten that chicken without choking. It's a shame, I remember going to the first Flats and it always being so good. It was always that one place that I knew I could go order my food and just know it was going to be a good meal. Now the prices have gone up, portion sizes down and quality is out the window along with the kindness of the staff.

I love this location. They are always quick with service, and they provide it with a smile. The hot bar has fewer selections than in the past, but the food is amazing as always. Taco tuesdaze is one of my favorite times to go and is super affordable, too! Even on busy nights, this location has always had extremely fresh food and fresh chips ready for the masses. Their bathrooms are also frequently cleaned, important to an establishment with hot sauce, and the store decor is FIRE! I will go out of my way to visit this location any time I want my bangin' chicken burrito!

It's hard to believe how long I have lived in the area yet never eaten there. My sister and I both ordered bowls at the counter. After paying for the food, we sought a table. The food was brought to our table. We sel3cted our favorite hot sauce and returned to our table. Everything was delicious!
Chips are way to salty and do not taste fresh. Rice has no flavor and Chimachonga is basic.. No salsa just choice of different hot sauces.

If there was a way to give it zero stars I would I am a door dasher I went in to get an order first I waited in line at least 10 minutes then I got to the front and told them which order I was waiting for they went in the back told them a name for an order so they start making it well 10 more minutes later they realize they are making the wrong order instead of even communicating with me what was happening both of the girls in the front totally ignored me it's now been 30 minutes and my husband is bringing out the food and I will never come here again time is money as a dasher and they just wasted my afternoon

The food was great I loved i went to eat with my mother and it was great it was like a more delicious taco bell but with better and much tastier food, yes, a bit more expensive but alot tastier and bigger portions of food.The staff was great came to our table to ask if the food was good and of course we said yes the food was great it came our quick and tasted great.
