ordered food for pick up asked for extra sauces for an order for 5 people got denied and they forgot my drink. popeyes have great food but this location is probably their worst. just go to the sawgrass mall, they have 2 decent locations in there with friendly people. this place look abandoned.

It was very difficult to understand the people who serve the drive tru, the food was…. Good but not extraordinary. It's not one of my favorite places for fast food.

U can't go wrong with popeyes, I don't know what crack is like but I sware it's in that chicken,I just keep coming back,🤦‍♂️ lawd my cholesterol level 😂😂😂

The food was hot and fresh. The team look like they were under stopped and overworked. They didn't seem super happy to be there. The manager was helpful.

Came here to pickup an online order absolutely worst experience, impossible to make changes or get a refund. Customer service horrible from Beverly at this location.

This location needs a complete overhaul!! When the CHICKEN isn’t properly season it’s terrible customer service, when it’s not unseasoned chicken the chicken is burnt to a crisp, or the service is poor… or a combination of all of the above, oh and the number does not work!! We went through the drive through and placed and order and received a completely different order and NO RECEIPT, when we got home we realized that not only do we have an incorrect order, but it was burnt to a crisp and not edible. If you must go to Popeyes try the one on Oakland because this one has consistently gotten worst especially over the past year.

Really bad service Very bad service, I was missing food in the bag and they gave me mashed potatoes instead of fries. And I also saw through the window that she grabbed the chicken with her hands.

The Order taking system is horrible, everything i go there i watch 1-2 orders get taken who come after me, and just when I want to drive away someone comes on. My wife likes the chicken, but I feel it is very salty so I stay away from it.
