I had the Bison Burger as I had this once before, and the meal was wonderful ... Burger cooked to my liking egg was beautifully runny ,presented on my plate wonderfully.....NOT THIS TIME Burger was so thin i asked for it medium rare ...practically burnt on the outside ,COLD AND RAW ON THE INSIDE ,egg well done ...no runny yolk ,half an avocado plonked on a tiny piece of lettuce and a thin slice of tomatoe DREADFUL.We will go again give it another chance ....could have been a mistake .

Our 1st time there. Looking for breakfast. We arrived 10 mins before the main restaurant open. The staff didn't quite explain to us clearly that breakfast is only on the weekend. We sat there waiting and had to ask again. Food were delicious though.

This is my must-go-to spot in Melbourne. Everything from the service to signature cocktail and main dishes were incredible! To start my bubbly bartender, Cassandra, made me a Key Lime Pie martini ? and oh my was it decadent! Creamy, slight tangy and refreshing, this is the epitome of dessert in a Graham cracker rimmed glass.I absolutely loved the Key West Bowl with super tender and juicy mojo pulled pork wit chimichurri sauce and pineapple salsa over jasmine rice ???! It was savory, sweet and a hearty portion. The fried plantains were a little mushy, but still good. The only thing I would have enjoyed better would be to have the plantains cooked a, serverMy fiancé kept saying how the linguini carbonara with blackened chicken was some of the best carbonara he’s had in a long time! The caramelized onions were perfect and the blackened chicken was tender while adding a kick to the dish.It has a fun, relaxed environment with a big bar and plenty of tables, but there is usually a wait - so consider making a reservation.Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

I would of rated this higher if it wasn’t for the attitude I witnessed from a manager to their employees, but no restaurant that hires someone to be their manager should get more than one star with some of the things he said to them. Very disrespectful and unprofessional and mean. Just straight up bullying his employees. Won’t see me back.

OMG! This was seriously some good food! We visited on a Friday morning-ish, for brunch, but the brunch menu was only for the weekend. :( It was fine because we actually searched through the menu for entrées.I got the Tavern Tacos with chicken and a side of plantains. The plantains were just enough sweet and the tacos were so goood!My husband got the Lobster Cuban, mac & cheese, and the soup of the day, lobster bisque. They did NOT skimp out on the lobster on the sandwich. He didn't like the remoulade sauce (he did get it on the side), but I thought it was good for dipping the yuca fries in. The mac & cheese was creamy and cheesy. And the bisque was thick and tasty!My sister ordered the Tropical Pork Sandwich with a side of yuca fries. She had to eat the sandwich with a fork since the bottom of the bun was soaked with the juices. The pork was so good, though!We didn't get dessert, but my sister did get the Iced Con Leche with the souvenir cup. Kassidy, our waitress, answered any and all of our questions. She tried to get us a mermaid cup, but no luck! The sun is cute, though. Thank you, Kassidy!We will definitely be back when we visit this area again.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap bathroom was a seperate stall and seemed pretty spacious with a handwashing sink and paper towels. The sink was manual, but the soap was automatic. The door opens inward and has its own bolt lock.

We were in area for work on Tuesday and Hemingway’s was highly recommended. The Key West bowl (mojo pork and chicken on side), let’s just say wow! My coworker had the conch fritters, shrimp cocktail and the blackened snapper tacos. No words can describe just how good all the flavors marry together on both meals - especially the key west bowl. Absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar as it was packed (sounds like this is norm for them every night) and were able to order faster than the 30 min wait for table.
