We order very frequently from this Jimmy John’s. Food is great, staff is friendly, and it’s always clean. There’s a gentleman who has taken the time to memorize our order and even asks us how our young children are doing when he sees us—nothing invasive, but he pays attention to customers in a way that shows how much he cares about people and their JJ experience. I’m not sure if he’s the franchise owner or the manager, but he’s wonderful. Clearly trickles down to his team as well.

They took a page out of subways playbook tonight skimpy meat all lettuce sub, don't know if we'll go there again.
Staff was awesome. They were great in helping me pick out a sandwich as it was my first visit. Got the Italian and it was the best sub I have had in years.
