I've been here several times. I get a 6 inch veggie sub. Probably the simplest thing a person can order. It's kind of annoying ordering a veggie sub here because they put tiny sprinkles and you keep having to say more more more. They also put one slice of cheese on a 6 inch which just visually looks out of proportion. Like... all I'm getting on this is vegetables. Why would you put 1 piece of cheese, 7 pieces of spinach, 3 cucumber slices and 10 olives when that's literally all that I'm getting? But okay. Whatever. The veggies are fresh and the stations are clean.But by God I have never met such consistently miserable employees in my entire life. Every time I go here the customer service is awful. The first time I figured it was a coincidence. Even the second time, I was kind of like 'eh, maybe they're having a bad day'. But after going here four or five times and the customer service is consistently awful every single time.... This is a thing here. This is their thing. This is my first time looking at the reviews and all of the low ratings say the same thing. There are very few complaints about the food, but there are endless complaints about the customer service. I was going to leave 3 stars because it's clean and the food is fresh. But after realizing that all of these complaints that customers have left about the poor customer service at this location have not been answered.. I'm leaving one star. Corporate organizations never look at 3 stars reviews. They only care when it's 1 star reviews.I am shocked at how rude and miserable these employees are at this location. I've actually never come across such a thing in my life. Mind you, I am being helped by different employees every time I come here and they're all miserable. And they are rude to a shocking degree. The vibes are just bad. It's one thing to be miserable at work, but it's another thing to take it out on a customer who you've never met in your life. The only reason I kept coming here is because I've been assuming that I'm just seeing these people having a bad day, but after today it's very clear that this is their theme at this location. Misery and rudeness is their theme. Yuck!

I didn't get her name, but she was very rude. Seem put out for my requests, and they skimp on the cheeses. Very slow and cannot multitask. I ended up not getting other things because she got all the way down to the register and started ringing up, before asking if I wanted anything else. This was after I told her all the things I wanted. Even though their area seemed clean, watch for them not to clean the knife off properly before cutting your sandwich. She swiped the knife on the cutting board and there was still mayo or something white on it. I had to make another stop to get drinks, churro pretzel.

Treated terribly by an employee named Emoni. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Will never return to this location especially since there is a much more pleasant staff 1 mile away.

Food was good. Location was good. Prices are decent. Workers had no one in so I was quickly attended to. However, I can't give above 3 stars because of an older lady that was either a customer, manager, or owner. She had a dog with her which was fine as I don't assume it's not a service dog. Without knowing the reason for this dog being here, I can only honestly give 3 stars, but I've never known a service dog to be off leash or permitted to wander into the open door of the Employee Only section. It does raise some health department questions, though.

I came by to pick up a sub for dinner around 655 and the door is locked and I tried to call and no one answered the hours on the door say 7 PM?

This is the first and last time I will order on line. I ordered a BMT Italian and received a meatball sub. Unfortunately, I picked it up in advance (we have a 6 AM flight and Subway is our go to the night before), the label stated it was a BMT, but when we put our seasoning and oil and vinegar on, we realized it was a meatball sub. Too late to call and ask for a remake. I will do what I've always done--stand at the counter and have it made in front of me.

This place deserves more than 5-stars! Collin really took care of my request. He even changed out his gloves and cleaned the knife and bench before taking the order. Really outstanding job! The sandwiches were awesome and delicious. Strongly recommend this place

I never get extra condiments when requested on my sandwiches. I keep finding myself telling the staff to keep going until I say stop. I order online today and the sandwiches I ordered pack the extra condiments I asked for. Need to have associates review the differences between regular toppings and extra when making sandwiches. So far at the time I am writing this the order is 25 minutes past due. There is only one person working. Whoever runs this franchise should learn how to run it or should sell it and find another line of business. This is the closest subway to me, I will NEVER order from this store again and I will make sure none of my friends or associates EVER buy from here again!!’ Publix has a much more superior product. I was taking advantage of the deal. The deal is not worth it if you can’t get the food when they say they will have it ready!! Order at your own risk. There are plenty of subways that are close by.

Ordered protein bowl they had no way to chop it up no knife to cut up the large pieces of vegetables and a flimsy fork I couldn’t even eat my salad had to take it home!!!!
