I usually don’t like fast food, but when it comes to Taco Bell and Mexican food, this is the exception. I always get my fast food, especially from Taco Bell at around 12:30 in the morning. This place constantly gives great service and high-quality food props to night shift for everything they do, I always make sure to tip well, when I come through the drive-through, this place is constantly good food is consistent and service is top-tier, southern hospitality. Thank you for everything you do and thank you to whoever is training everybody. Their service is awesome thanks again and I’ll see you again.

I RARELY get Taco Bell and decided to treat myself today as I have multiple appts and was short on time.Happy to find a "Veggies" section on the menu, I ordered the "Veggies Mexican Pizza Meal". The picture shows a large enclosed type "pizza"; Don't be fooled, you will get two flour tortillas atop each other, nothing like the pic. I incorrectly assumed a "meal" was getting a drink, and was also given two corn, hard-shell tacos that, if given the verbal option to order hard/soft would have gone with "soft". Shell type didn't ultimately matter in my case as when I got home and opened everything to eat, ALL items had the Taco Bell meat mixture-not beans on them. To me, ALL inedible.I saw there was a store # on the receipt and called. She remembered me due to the Window-add cinnabon-coffee, which I do not recommend, simply due to the lack of flavor and especially weak brewed coffee that several pumps of a sugary mixture is added to. After explaining, now that I'm home, I realize all my items have meat on them, she said "whoever rang you up did it wrong" (me:(in my head) really, is THAT what happened?) She continued "come back and tell them (gave me a name I immediately forgot, started with D.) said you can have a new order."Having decades of customer service and supervisory service under my belt, I go out of my way to not be overly critical of service I receive as I KNOW it is not likely on par with service I would give--it simply is what it is.At a basic level, apologizing for inconvenience and taking accountability for errors made (whether you made the error ort not) is always a great start. As I recieved neither, I'm cutting my losses (>$13), and pushing the next time I go to Taco Bell further out than RARELY.Vegetarian options: Double clarify when ordering at speaker you're getting veggie options. Double check **before you pull away from the window** that you GOT veggies.

Solid. It's Taco Bell. It's exactly what ya get for being taco bell ? ..It's weird something changed in the last few months at all taco bells the burnt oil taste is totally off puttingI thought it was one. But it seems they either changed their oil or their recipe

830 on a Thursday night waiting 15 minutes and I’m still not up to the speaker to order the worst service I’ve ever seen in such a slow town. Whoever owns this needs to wake up and monitor their service. It’ll be the last time I come here and the only reason I haven’t left is cause I’m stuck on this line can’t pull off it curves on both sides. Beyond frustrating when you want to get a quick bite to eat don’t recommend you waste your time here unless you like to be on long lines. this is an update 21 minutes later I finally get up to the order window and decide I’m not wasting time waiting an additional 10 minutes like the guy in front of me that was waiting at the window for food drove away never done this before my life at any place, and never wasted so much time getting “fast food whoever owns this place needs to monitor their training and make sure they have proper staff and support. It’s called fast food for a reason.

Went to the drive-thru. Ordered a beef burrito supreme and two soft Taco Supremes. Ended up getting two hard Taco Supremes and a cold beef burrito. On top of that second person came to the window to deliver my food and try to tell me that I didn't pay for it yet when I had already paid and then argued with the original girl that took my money for the meal telling her that I never paid for it. Very likely will not go back there!

Constantly getting orders incorrect and when I went to exchange for the correct items 3 EMPLOYEES looked right at me and never came up to the front counter. I left after 10 minutes of standing there today at 11:00am October 16th. Very Very poor customer service!!!!

I literally got food poisoning from this place from how old and nasty it was. My fries were hard and definitely more than a couple days old.

Their Mexican pizza has a weird chemical flavor. Every time I've ordered it's inedible. Other items are ok but I'm afraid they're not keeping up with health department standards.

Service was horrible. Food horrible even the 2nd time around. I had to take my food back because it was a 10.00 cheese quesadilla that was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. The chick that took my order kept my card and when I came back to get the order remake she said, "you left your card", as though she was "caught". No, you kept my card. So, nonetheless, I cancelled my card immediately. I know these fast food workers will keep cards and use them later on or skim off of them. I froze it until I got home then cancelled it all together. She should have given me my card before she gave me my drink or after she gave me my drink or before she gave me my food or after she gave me my food or after she blandly said "have a goodnight" (after me saying it a few times). Do you get my drift? She had so many chances to give my card back but didn't. AND I was only in the parking lot, she could have tried looking for my car to give me my card. Had I not come back she or they would have probably used my card. And both times I never received a receipt. Never going back to that Taco Bell. No wonder the rating is so low.
