Took them 30 minutes to make a BURGER , then when I got it was HARD BURNT . I told them I didn’t want to wait for new food ! I want a refund they declined so I told them make new food they make only a new burger & bring OLD fries back ! COLD FRIES FOR HOT NEW burger smh ! Never again !

Very cute restaurant with a decent view of the pool area and part of the beach. I don't if they were short staffed or what because the food took forever to come out and then it was lukewarm. The omelet was decent, nothing to write home about and the toast was cold with no butter.I did order food for pickup twice during our staying and both times that food was really good. I had lobster ravioli and potato wedges.

Service seemed good at first. Ordered 2 rib dinners with fries and two drinks.Got the drinks right away fries about fiveinutes later. Waited over an 1 hour for the ribs, when the same waitress came back and said we never ord the ribs with her. She was the only one working besides the bartender. Bill still came to $65.00. with 20 percent greduity already taken out, for 2 fries , 1 margarita, and 1 daiquiri.

I didn't get to try anything. The waiter who receives and serves you at night provides terrible service and is very rude, we ended up canceling our order and leaving because he was arrogant and unpleasant.

Disgusting food. The service was extremely unfriendly. After we complained, she still brought the bill and you had to pay for it even though you only tried a fork and spit it right out into what was served. Never go there. This is such a juice shop. That one bite tasted like moldy foot. I've tried a lot of food in my life and this was by far the most disgusting thing I've ever tried.You can see mold in the corners of the "restaurant". It stinks extremely in this place. The ambience is terrible.Not even the window panes were cleaned, and not just a little not cleaned, but in such a way that you couldn't even look out. The cheeky woman then asked for $3.99 just because we wanted to pay by card. I have never experienced anything like it. Can only recommend never going there!

Never eaten anything so disgusting, the waitress was a bitter woman who was extremely unfriendly to us. The food tasted expired and we were only able to try one noodle at a time and spit it out straight away. Having said this we still had to pay. Suddenly there was an additional 3.99 because we wanted to pay by card.Never go there, I think you can catch any disease there.When we asked for the manager we were only told that we were banned from the house.It's unbelievable how some people can be. The waitresses were bitter, unfriendly and unkempt. The windows were extremely dirty, you couldn't even look out!!
