This is a total joke. I asked them for more chicken for my $15 sandwich and the server said “no”. I don’t care if I had plenty of chicken - if I asked the answer should have been yes regardless. That being said I literally had 3 bites of chicken. Infuriating. Hungry. Horrible service. Never go here.

This is the nastiest food ive ever had I DoorDashed the food was so cold tacos I didn’t order were burnt I paid 8 dollars for a corn dog which was cold greasy just over such a horrible experience

We went at dinner time, but many of the menu options were not available. The food was not very good and the portions were small. The service was pretty slow also. I wouldn't come back.

We had a long travel day and when we finally arrived we felt very welcome in thus restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and we did not have to wait more than a few minutes for the food to arrive to our tables...highly recommended!

This food establishment opened up over 7 years ago. I pass by all the time. I have never seen a person in the place. Only stray tourists, that have no idea that the food is below standard and old. Must be a front for something.

We went for takeout and found this by the bathroom EWWWWW also the burgers are always cooked wrong! I ordered a medium rare and it was well done Always strange experience

I landed at Miami international at 10:35PM and knew I needed to order something before places closed. My daughter placed the order at 10:55PM.. mind you, it was 5 minutes before closing, to be delivered via Uber Eats to our hotel in South Beach. We called to confirm and were assured we can place the order. Now, I don't know why all Carlos and Gabby's don't have the same quality. The one I have been to in Brooklyn, NY, does not have the same quality as this one. The food was really good and the service was great. I had the Hard Tacos and Texas Wrangler burger. The tacos were a bit salty, but very good and the burger was fantastic. My daughter had the Ground beef burrito and she said it was amazing. If only all the Carlos and Gabby's could be like this one!
This place sucks. I had to drink sauce because my food didnt come out ever. I been here for an hour. There is also no air conditioning in here. This place sucks. Please close down. Wow do everybody a favor and close this place. My friend had to grab the water because the waiter couldnt. We didnt have any forks. If your reading this carlos. Close the jointly

This place is really a let down. I’ve come here as a kosher eater multiple times in the last few months and each time it has taken more than an hour to get my food. This place is disgusting but I put up with it because I eat kosher and there are limited options around town, but this just isn’t right at this point. This place pushed me to write my first review on google, I usually just don’t go back, but this place really sucks man.

If I could give zeros stars I would. My family and I were visiting from out of town & staying at an air bnb 5mins walking distance away. My partner & our 22 month old toddler sat down to eat & the server(Ari is the name on the check) rudely questioned why was he even here at the restaurant. Took his order, left, then came back AGAIN & Questioned him about how if he didn't want cheese on his sandwich since it's a kosher restaurant then, "why are you here". My boyfriend said he simply didn't want it. He THEN came back again & asked my black boyfriend if our daughter was mixed with white or Asian since she's so fair skin. Not all black people come in the same shade & just because she's isn't "dark enough to him for her to black" he felt the need to question us about it. It was completely out of line & disrespectful to question the race of a toddler to their parent just because they're not "dark enough for you". At the time they were the only people in the restaurant so I thought they would be happy to get some business instead of racially profiling & stereotyping a child. ANY PERSON OF COLOR PLS DO NOT EAT HERE. Afterwards I called to speak to the manager/owner & Ari(who was the waiter) lied & said he was the owner then of course asked the black chef try to talk to us to make it better. But that didn't work, damage was done. & you thought having a black person speak to us would make it better?
