Very very slow service. 40 min+ for food to come out. "Sorry for the delay... we had to make everything fresh." Huh? Asked for an Iced Tea. They said they were out. Okay I'll have a water, thanks. Last two bites of my meal, brings out an Iced tea... with no ice. Oh... thank you? But I'm done my meal and you didn't ask if I still wanted it. Okay. The bill shows $7.62 for the iced tea. Wow. No wonder he wanted me to have it. Had a beer, an iced tea, pasta, and ceviche. $80. Food was tasty. Patio area was nice... good people watching and great atmosphere.

You get what you pay for. My partner and I live in South Beach and frequently hosts guests. I get it: a 10-top on a Saturday isn't easy. However, this was by far the worst in 3 years. Apps came out after the meals. None of the dishes matched their description. Server was kind but couldn't make up for the endless flaws of management. Manager seemed high as a kite. Took over an hour to have two very simple meals brought to us. Tried to speak with the manager who then walked away from me without speaking. Finally got the meals - which were subpar at best. Manager, who speaks only Italian, said he was sorry and would give us 25% off. The discount took off $10 and still left a bill over $40. Server tried to blame it on his first day but his attitude was horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Don't go there. Food was poor quality and pricey! My daughter ordered gnocchi and they came back to say they did not have any. She ordered fettuccine and after a couple bites she cut herself with sharp piece of glass in the sauce!! No one came by to apologize or offer a discount only to replace it and she was scared to eat anything else.

Very overpriced and deceiving staff. Pretty much paid $100 for lettuce for two people. Before entering the restaurant the host said they are offering 25% discount on the entire menu, but once the bill came so did all the fine print. The waitress charged us an 18% service charge, and when i asked her if this includes her tip she said no.. but later i asked another restaurant nearby if the 18% is a customery tip in miami and they said that it is. Seems like she just lied to get more on-top of the bill.

We went to different restaurants and in none of them we had such a great service like here, thank you to our server Liz she was awesome always with a smile in her face just like should be and always made us feel like home , Overall service in Miami Beach usually tends to be very mediocre since obviously they add gratuity everywhere which is fine , but at least everyone deserves a great service which is very poor in most places in Miami but anyways, She went through the menu with us and explained everything and obviously recommended us the best food they had here ! Food was really tasty specially coming from somebody that’s really picky when It comes out about food drinks were on point very strong and delicious ! They checked on us all the time which was awesome since usually when you go to restaurants servers are just order takers but here absolutely No!! They were here present all the time , when I first called Mary took care of our reservation she was very attentive through phone call and also here when we got here ! , definitely if you looking for a place to make you feel like home and good food this is the place to come , I would come back here every day ! And hookah was awesome ! Thank you so much next time I’m here in Miami first place I’ll visit is going to be here !! Thank you for making our experience wonderful

Sorry, everything went fine. Customer service was incredible. It looked like other were treated similarly if not better. Which I hope. You have to keep you consistency. I find it hard to give a great review when others are not having the best experience. I really loved the entire experience honestly i might hVe to switch it to 5 stars ...the server was really awesome. And the employee showing us the menu. They even catered to my specialty appetite while im here on my 30th bday before we sat down. They gave us out discount and highlighted it.
