They literally never deliver orders on time. The app always says delivered but your order actually comes like 45 mins later… does the franchisee not care about their customers? Does the company not care that their brand is trashed by the way this location is ran?

This is the absolute worst delivery experience of my life. Our delivery driver, Jose, messages us that he was here 2 hours before he arrived and then finally showed up so drunk that he fell over twice and locked himself out of his car. This man should 1000% be fired and this dominos should be embarrassed of themselves.

Kithia, was so rude and unprofessional. My order was running late for over an hour. I came in at 6:09pm and she told me they had not taken out the dough from the freezer. She only apologized to me after I came in with four kids. I had to come out the car again and then they started working on my pizza. I asked her for a refund and she said no because of the app. It was a horrible experience and treatment. She was beyond rude. She does not merit the position as a manager.

The pizza took 1H30 to arrive. It was cold and salty. They got the order wrong and left off ingredients. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I don’t know why this branch is still open considering the terrible reviews it has.
They only have one worker. You have to order 30 minutes before arriving. Some of the workers don’t speak English. So embarrassing !!!!!! I am never coming here again.

I cannot believe how poorly this Dominos works. Placed an online order @10:30am then decided to call to confirm. First of all the person didn't understand anything I was saying nor I understood her. Tried to speak to someone else there was no one. I think she said there was no one to deliver the pizza ended up cancelling and going somewhere else it was a big order for my company. This is the worse Dominos I've ever dealt with it's a wonder how they are even open... save yourself go anywhere else.

This is the third time they have failed to deliver our pizza. They don’t answer they phone. You show up at the store front and they say they haven’t started it yet. It’s been an hour and a half. I will not try again.

Worst delivery service ever. I thought Domino was all about delivery. Gave them a second chance, and they miserably failed. On first occasion, it took over an 1.5 hour to deliver 10 blocks away. The second time after 2 hours they just cancelled the order. Their explanation was there was no driver, which you'd think it wouldn't take 2 hours to figure out. No customer service at all, just disdain for the customer. Wow! The franchise should be taken away from whomever runs that place or stopped advertising they deliver or clearly manage the customer expectations like telling them it will take 2 hrs for delivery or never!

I ordered a pizza. I was so excited for it to come I was waiting for hours. The woman called my phone to tell me that not only am I not getting the pizza that I paid for but they’re not going to accommodate me in anyway. I asked her if there’s anyway she could make this right and still she had no regard for our order or us as human beings she even decided to give us a pizza worth less money exchange. Terrible experience I feel like any other Dominos would do better than this. this place to be shut down. I went for the love of God fire the woman who is responsible for this working currently. She clearly doesn’t care about her job.
